Iran cuts ribbon of Qom monorail system

Iran has started the construction of its first monorail system in the central city of Qom, some 150 kilometers south of the capital, Tehran, reported PressTV.

The first stage of the monorail, comprising a 6 kilometer line with five stations, will link the north terminal of the city located at the Qom-Kashan toll way to the city's grand mosque.

The first phase is expected to cost more than $120 million and is estimated to take 30 months to complete.

In the next phases, the monorail will continue to Pardisan town, south of Qom.

The monorail system will extend 18 kilometers in total, according to the governor general of the city.

The construction of Qom's monorail comes as part of Iran's plans to ease traffic congestion in major cities.

The project, Iran's first monorail system, is being implemented by a joint venture of MAPNA Group and Kayson Company within the framework of an EPC contract. The first phase of the project, which comprises a 6.2 line with seven stations, is expected to be completed in 30 months. This straddle-beam monorail is designed to carry 13059 passengers when it opens to the public in 1012 and 19170 passengers in 2026.

Since when does Mashad have 5 million people?

A monorail is essential for Qom, because it connects the city to Parand city and Tehran after.

Mashhad has more like three million, plus its system will be the first completed outside Tehran with plenty of scope for extensions and new lines.

اجرای منوریل قم هم متوقف شد

رویای داشتن منوریل بار دیگر نقش بر آب شد ؛ نماینده قم در شورای عالی استان ها خبر داده که پروژه منوریل قم هم متوقف شده است.

به گزارش « شهر » گویا قرار نیست پایه های مونوریل در کشور ما پا بگیرد و این آرزو حالا بعد از توقف دومین طرح نیمه کاره اجرا شده منوریل در کشور به رویا تبدیل شده است.

فروردین ماه خوبی برای منوریل ها نیست. در فروردین ماه سال گذشته تنها نشانه های منوریل تهران که پایه های آن بود، برای همیشه از پایتخت جمع شد و حالا در فروردین 90 نیز روند اجرایی پروژه منوریل قم متوقف شده است.

محمدرضا باقر پناهی، نماینده قم در شورای عالی استان ها، تصریح کرده است: پروژه مونوریل به دلیل نداشتن مطالعات اولیه و مصوبه شورای شهر در عبور از مقابل حرم مطهر حضرت معصومه (س) متوقف شده است.

مرداد ماه سال 88 بود که کلنگ احداث منوریل در قم بر زمین زده شد، دولت درصدد بر آمد تا طرح نیمه تمامی را نیز به اتمام برساند، منوریل.

نماینده قم در شورای عالی استان ها دلیل توقف در اجرای منوریل قم را نداشتن مطالعات اولیه و مصوبه شورای شهر دانسته و تاکید کرده است؛ با توجه به تقاضای مکرر اعضای شورای شهر از مجریان طرح برای ارایه مطالعات و عدم در اختیار قرار دادن آن به اعضا و همچنین جلوگیری از بین رفتن نمای بصری حرم حضرت معصومه (س)این پروژه متوقف شده است.

وی با بیان این که این پروژه فرآیند قانونی خود را طی نکرده است، خاطر نشان کرد که پروژه مونوریل علاوه بر نداشتن مصوبه شورا، در طرح جامع این شهر هم لحاظ نشده است.

پروژه منوریل قم ۴۰ درصد پیشرفت فیزیکی دارد

قم - خبرگزاری مهر: شهردار قم اعطای همزمان مجوز دو خط ریلی مترو و منوریل را حادثه*ای بی*نظیر عنوان کرد و گفت: در حال حاضر پروژه منوریل قم ۴۰ درصد پیشرفت فیزیکی داشته است.

به گزارش خبرنگار مهر در قم، محسن عابدینی*پور ظهر یکشنبه در حاشیه مراسم افتتاح رسمی شهرداری منطقه پردیسان قم در جمع خبرنگاران، اعطای همزمان مجوز دو خط ریلی مترو و منوریل را بی*نظیر برشمرد و گفت: در حال حاضر پروژه منوریل قم در کمتر از یک سال ۴۰ درصد پیشرفت فیزیکی داشته است و پروژه مترو نیز در حال اجراست و در سال ۹۰ نیز اعتبارات خوبی برای آن پیش بینی شده است.

وی در ادامه به اجرای پروژه بلوار پیامبر اعظم یا طرح حرم جمکران اشاره کرد و گفت: این پروژه یک رکود 17 ساله را تجربه کرده بود که با حمایت*های مسئولین استانی توانست اعتبارات ویژه*ای را به خود اختصاص دهد و این پروژه یکی از پروژه*های برگزیده استان خواهد بود که بواسطه تکمیل کل شهر قم را دگرگون خواهد شد.

کلنگ پروژه بزرگ مجموعه پل*های جمهوری بزودی به زمین می*خورد

شهردار قم خاطر نشان کرد: * با بهره برداری از این پروژه وضعیت شهر قم از این نابسامانی به خصوص در مورد استقبال از زائران نجات پیدا خواهد کرد، همچنین به موازات این پروژه، پروژه*های دیگری نیز آغاز و به بهره برداری رسیده است و کلنگ پروژه بزرگ پل*های جمهوری نیز به زودی به زمین زده خواهد شد.

آغاز عملیات اجرایی فاز سوم بلوار شهید آوینی

وی تصریح کرد: پیش بینی می*شود با انجام پروژه*های در نظر گرفته شده رینگ دوم شهر قم را بتوانیم تکمیل کنیم و بار ترافیکی هسته مرکزی شهر را به رینگ دوم و بعد از آن به رینگ سوم منتقل نمائیم و امروز نیز کلنگ محور جایگزین برای شهرک پردیسان که** همان محور شهید آوینی است در فاز سوم، حدفاصل پردیسان تا شهرک قدس زمین زده خواهد شد.

به گزارش خبرنگار مهر در قم، علی اصغر نعمتی بعد از ظهر چهارشنبه در نشست خبری که با حضور برخی از مسئولین اجرای طرح منوریل در قم در محل گارگاه این طرح برگزار شد گفت: چنانچه تصمیم گرفته شده برای عبور منوریل در مقابل حرم حضرت معصومه(س) اجرایی شود یک سال به مدت زمان پیش بینی شده برای بهره برداری از منوریل قم که بر اساس پیش بینی*ها 30 ماه بوده است، افزوده می*شود.

وی در ادامه با اشاره به اینکه کمتر از 50 درصد از نیروهایی که در پروژه منوریل قم فعالیت می*کنند بومی هستند ابراز داشت: در ابتدا پیش بینی بر این بود که نیروهایی که در این پروژه به کار گرفته می*شوند بیشتر از 50 درصد خواهند بود اما در ماه*های اول متوجه شدیم که قم از لحاظ وجود نیروهای متخصص کمبود دارد و به همین دلیل از نیروهای متخصص سایر شهرها در این پروژه استفاده شده است.

مدیر پروژه منوریل قم با اشاره به حضور مشاور خارجی در این پروژه اظهار داشت: با توجه به اینکه پروژه منوریل برای اولین بار است که در کشور اجرا می*شود حضور یک مشاور خارجی الزامی بود.

منوریل قم 19 هزار نفر در ساعت را می تواند جابجا کند

وی در ادامه بیان کرد: طبق پیش بینی انجام شده منوریل قم در سال اول بهره*برداری قابلیت جابه جایی 12 هزار مسافر را در یک جهت خواهد داشت که این ظرفیت تا 19 هزار نفر در ساعت قابل افزایش است.

نعمتی در ادامه با اشاره به میزان مقاومت سازه*های این پروژه در مقابل زلزله گفت: با پیش بینی*های انجام شده سازه*های این پروژه در مقابل زلزله تا بالای 8 ریشتر مقاوم هستند.

وی ادامه داد: فاز اول پروژه منوریل قم دارای 8 ایستگاه است که به طور متوسط برای هر کیلومتر یک ایستگاه احداث می*شود.
مدیر پروژه منوریل قم با اشاره به اینکه در کشورهای اروپایی و آمریکا تعداد خطوط منوریل کم است اظهار کرد: در برخی از کشورها مانند برزیل و هند احداث خطوط منوریل بیشتر است.

وی درخصوص سرعت منوریل بیان کرد: سرعت متوسط منوریل 38 کیلومتر در ساعت است که تا 50 و 80 کیلومتر در ساعت نیز قابل افزایش است.

با عبور منوریل از زیر سطح؛
54 میلیارد تومان به هزینه احداث منوریل قم افزوده می*شود

قم - خبرگزاری مهر: نماینده سازمان قطار شهری قم در پروژه مونوریل گفت: عبور منوریل از زیر سطح در مقابل حرم حضرت معصومه(س) هزینه اجرای این پروژه را 54 میلیارد تومان افزایش خواهد داد.

به گزارش خبرنگار مهر در قم، ابوالقاسم فاضلی با اشاره به اینکه اعتبار فاز اول پروژه منوریل به طول 6 کیلومتر، 180 میلیارد تومان درنظر گرفته شده عنوان کرد: طبق برآورد هایی که از سوی مشاور صورت گرفته است با عبور منوریل از زیر سطح در مقابل حرم حضرت معصومه*(س) 54 میلیارد تومان نیز به هزینه این پروژه افزوده می*شود.

وی در ادامه درباره مصرف انرژی منوریل ابراز داشت: مصرف انرژی منوریل کمی بیشتر از قطار شهری است*.

نماینده سازمان قطار شهری قم در پروژه مونوریل در باره نحوه تامین انرژی منوریل گفت: برای تأمین انرژی پست برق اختصاصی احداث می*شود.

وی در ادامه با بیان اینکه با بررسی جوانب شهر قم بهترین گزینه برای احداث منوریل در کشور است بیان کرد: احداث منوریل نسبت به انواع دیگر وسایل حمل و نقلی مانند قطار شهری و تراموا مقرون به صرفه*تر است.

موضوع عبور منوریل از بالای صحن حضرت جواد (ع) یا از زیر سطح در كنار اجرای پایه های منوریل از بحث*های داغ مركز تصمیم گیری مدیریت شهری قم در یك سال گذشته بود و كارشناسان شهرسازی، معماری و فرهنگی به شدت با عبور آن از مقابل حرم مخالف بودند

به گزارش آینده، سخنگوی شورای اسلامی شهر قم گفته بود: اصرار بی دلیل و بدون منطق بر اجرای منوریل از بالای سطح صحن مطهر حرم حضرت معصومه (س) نتیجه*ای جز شكست این پروژه نخواهد داشت.

وی در آن موقع نمی*دانست كه یك سال بعد از سخنانش بدنبال توافق همه طرفهای درگیر در مورد اجرای منوریل مبنی بر عبور آن از زیر صحن حرم مطهر، رئیس جمهور خود شخصا دستور لغو یك طرفه توافقنامه فوق را صادر و كلید شكست پروژه منوریل را روشن كند.

برپایه این گزارش، از روز پنج شنبه خبری همانند بمب در محافل سیاسی و مدیریتی استان تركید و همه را شگفت زده كرد. خبر این بود كه رئیس جمهور طی دستور موكد خواهان عبور منوریل از بالای صحن مطهر حضرت معصومه (س) شده است و از وزارت كشور و معاونت برنامه ریزی هم خواسته است كه اولا: هرگونه كمك به شهرداری قم منوط به همكاری با اجرای منوریل شود و ثانیا: تمام اعتبارات به حساب سازمان قطار شهری قم واریز شود.

موضوع عبور منوریل از بالای صحن حضرت جواد (ع) یا از زیر سطح در كنار اجرای پایه های منوریل از بحث*های داغ مركز تصمیم گیری مدیریت شهری قم در یك سال گذشته بود و كارشناسان شهرسازی، معماری و فرهنگی به شدت با عبور آن از مقابل حرم مخالف بودند.

هرچند 2 تن از كارشناسان شورای اسلامی شهر آقایان مهندس باقرپناهی و مهندس فارغیان كاملا ایجاد منوریل را در راستای اهداف غیر عمرانی و ترافیكی برای قم متصور بودند.



مهندس فارغیان كارشناس ارشد شهرسازی و عضو شورای شهر در تاریخ 29/9/89 در گفتگو با مهر عبور منوریل قم از بالای صحن مطهر را یك فاجعه شهرسازی دانست.

مهندس باقرپناهی بعنوان رئیس كمیسیون عمران شورای شهر در جمع خبرنگاران گفت: سیستم منوریل نه تنها فضای باز شهری قم بلكه چشم انداز و سیمای بصری حرم مطهر را از بین می*برد و قرار است با بی*احترامی از حریم میراثی درجه یك حرم مطهر نیز عبور كند.

آقای سعیدی امام جمعه قم نیز قبل از آنكه حتی تولیت آستانه مقدسه شود در خطبه های نماز جمعه در تاریخ 8/4/89 با اشاره به اجرای پروژه منوریل در قم گفت: با توجه به اینكه قم شهر مذهبی است بایستی اینگونه پروژه ها به حرم مطهر و چهره مذهبی قم لطمه نزند.


امیرآبادی رئیس كمیسیون حمل و نقل شورای اسلامی شهر قم در تاریخ 30/9/89 اعلام كرد: شورای اسلامی شهر قم طی نامه ای به استاندار مخالفت خود را با عبور منوریل از مقابل حرم مطهر در سطح اعلام كرده است.

بحثهایی از این قبیل در تاریخ 22/9/89 رویانیان و عزیزی را به قم و به جلسه فوق العاده كشاند كه خبری از آن منتشر نشد.

آیت ا... مسعودی تولیت آستانه مقدسه نیز در مراسم تودیع خود در جمع تودیع كنندگان گفت: اعتقاد دارم به هیچ وجه منوریل نباید از مقابل حرم حضرت معصومه (س) یا حتی از رو و یا زیر صحن جواد الائمه(ع) عبور كند.

تولیت عوض شد و حجت*الاسلام والمسلمین سعیدی تولیت آستانه مقدسه قم گردید.


در تاریخ 30/9/1389 معاونت عمرانی وقت استانداری اعلام كرد در مسیر عبور منوریل قم از مقابل حرم بازبینی می*شود.

دو هفته بعد در تاریخ 16/10/89 در جلسه سازمان قطار شهری استاندار نیز اعلام كرد: منوریل قم نباید به حریم قدسی حرم خدشه*ای وارد سازد و تاكید كرد: «همه تصمیم گیری*ها در این خصوص باید براساس كار كارشناسی باشد.»

سخنگوی شورای اسلامی شهر در تاریخ 25/12/1389 در گفتگو با خبرگزاری مهر از توافق نهایی تصمیم گیرندگان پس از انجام یك پروسه كارشناسی مبنی بر تعیین چگونگی عبور منوریل از جوار حرم مطهر خبر داد.

بختیاری گفت: در جلسه شورای سازمان قطار شهری در روز گذشته كه با حضور استاندار، شهردار، رئیس شورای شهر، نماینده استانداری قم،* نماینده وزارت كشور در محل استانداری برگزار شد، عبور منوریل از زیر سطح در مقابل حرم مطهر به تصویب نهایی رسید.



پس از این مصوبه نعمتی مدیر پروژه منوریل قم در یك نشست خبری اعلام كرد: منوریل قم یكسال دیرتر از زمان پیش بینی به بهره برداری می رسد. این گفته نعمتی به این معنا بود كه اتمام این پروژه به دوران دولت دهم كفاف نمی*دهد و دولت یازدهم باید تعیین تكلیف كند.

آقای احمدی نژاد 2 روز پس از پایان دور كاری و «استراحت در منزل به قول آقای جوانفكر» طی دستوری توافق مسئولان استان را لغو و خواستار اجرای منوریل از روی سطح شد. به دنبال دستور احمدی نژاد اردشیر احمدی مدیر عامل سازمان قطار شهری قم بدون توجه به مصوبه هیات مدیره ای كه عامل اجرایی آن است، طی نامه ای به كارفرمای پروژه منوریل دستور اجرای طرح منوریل بر مبنای طرح قبلی به صورت «روی سطح و با ارتفاع مجاز» را ابلاغ كرد.

وی از شركت كمیسیون كارفرمای پروژه نیز خواست كه خیابان اراك را مسدود كند.

مهندس باقرپناهی رئیس كمیسیون عمران شورای شهر در گفتگو با خبرنگار ما دستور رئیس جمهور و ابلاغ مدیر*عامل شركت قطار شهری را غیر قانونی توصیف كرد.

^^ Apparently they will be made in Iran by an organisation called IKCM- International Kish Control Mechanic Company probably with a Korean design. There are no monorail manufacturers in China but two in South Korea.
I think it might be this design by Rowin from Korea that they will go for:

The system you have shown pictures of (reproduced without permission from monorails.org) is Urbanaut, developed in Washington state, USA by a former ALWEG engineer. It is quite different from what KISH is showing, but we shall see.

^ I passed by Qom from freeway 7 about a week ago. Didn't see any track sections up, at least for the part situated close to the freeway...

because the project is on hold.Ahmadinejad says the track must pass the shrine,the mullahs say no.

there is already a metro line.
The advantages of monorail is that its construction speed is much faster than the metro,and u need not much space.Only the pillars are taking some space.As u see in th epostings be4 the chinese have som thin pillars.U can use this on heavy populated street which are not wide.
Like shariati,pasdaran,valiasr.There is always traffic.U can only solve this with monorail.Imagine a monorail from valiasr-tajrish-shariati

You take the cars off this street. Cars should not be on such an important street, they just clog it up. There are too many people driving cars inside the city causing massive congestion and pollution. This has been discussed so many times here. Unfortunately the authorities are too scared to take them on and instead make more roads for them.

I have seen airtrain/monorail in Kuala Lumpur and I didn´t like it a bit. It disrupts the look of a street and creates a bad atmosphere on the street level. Imagine walking under a big road bridge in Tehran. It is not a nice feeling. Underground is much better.

I have also seen the monorail in Kuala Lumpur. The tracks are extremely narrow and I don't understand what 'bad atmosphere on the street level' you are talking about. Hopefully you aren't confusing Kuala Lumpur Star LRT with monorail? Star definitely has gigantic concrete tracks, but not monorail. Personally speaking, I don't think it's a 'nice feeling' to bury passengers in dark and expensive tunnels underground.

Usually Qom is 3-5 degree hotter Than Tehran in spring and 5-8 degree in summer :)

today qom was 25 C/degree . But since was sunny Hot Looks.

Qom is a Desert town . summer Average Temperature in Qom Is 38 c/degree in day ، and in night 18-25 c/degree.

نخستين تجربه مونوريل كشور

مهندس نعمتي با اشاره به نبود سابقه اجراي پروژ ه هاي مونوريل درصنعت حمل و نقل ريلي كشور، يادآور مي شود: فاز اول پروژه مونوريل به طول 2/ 6 كيلومتر، با هدف گشايش قفل ترافيكي قسمت مركزي شهر توسط مشاركت مپنا و كيسون در حال اجرا است.

مهندس نعمتي با اشاره به امكان سنجي پروژه مونوريل در شهر قم تأكيد مي كند: با توجه به اينكه جمعيت قم در برخي مواقع و روزهاي خاص به دو برابر افزايش مي يابد، خيابان هاي نه چندان وسيع فعلي جواب گوي اين جمعيت نيست ویكي از راه هاي رهايي شهر ازترافيك، ازدحام جمعيت و خودروها، ساخت مترو و مونوريل است.

قم شهري است كه طي سال هاي اخير بسیار گسترش يافته و وسعت آن طي 20 سال اخير 13برابر شده است. به گفته مقامات استان، مركز شهر اغلب بسيار شلوغ و پرازدحام است و لازم است خطوط ريلي داشته باشد.

مطالعات ترافيكي شهر نشان مي دهد، در افق 15 ساله اي كه براين شهر تعريف شده، قطعاً قم با افزايش جمعيتش نياز به استفاده ازسيستم هاي حمل و نقل ريلي دارد و مونوريل يكي از سيستم هاي خوب حمل و نقل ريلي است كه در دنيا، مخصوصاً در شهرهاي با مسافران زياد، از آن استفاده مي شود

واگن، تيرها و سوزن ها، سه مشخصه تفكيك مونوريل از ساير سيستم هاي حمل و نقل ريلي

مهندس نعمتي روند پروژه را از ديدگاه طراحي، تدارك و اجرا ارزيابي مي كند و توضيح مي دهد: مونوريل، سه مشخصه دارد كه آن را از اير حمل و نقل هاي ريلي متمايز مي كند. اول ناوگان است. ناوگان هايي كه در دنيا ساخته مي شوند، بر خلاف قطار و مترو روي هر ريلي حركت نميكنند و سازنده هاي زيادي ندارد. الان در ايران واگن مترو ساخته مي شود ولي واگن مونوريل را فقط چند كشور خاص، با تير و ابعاد خاص خودشان مي سازند. وي در خصوص تأمين واگن هاي مورد نياز نيز توضيح مي دهد: در برنامه شرکت مپنا ساخت واگن های مونوريل در ايران اولويت دارد، ولي اولين واگن ها براي قم وارد خواهد شد. ساخت تيرها نيز دقت و حساسيت فوق العاده زيادي دارد، به علت وجود قوس و شيب متفاوت در هر يک از تيرها، روش معمول قالب بندی و بتن ريزی جواب گو نبوده و قالب های خاص مورد نياز است. مدير پروژه مونوريل قم، در خصوص چگونگي انتقال تكنولوژي ساخت اين تيرها متذكر مي شود: همکارانی را فرستاديم مالزي كار را از نزديك ديدند و ياد گرفتند، در اقع كمك گرفتيم و دانش فني را نخريديم. کشورهای ديگري نظير دوبي، هند و برزيل هيچ كدام خودشان اين كار را نكرده اند و از كشور هاي ديگري نظير مالزي يا ژاپن كمك گرفته اند. به گفته مهندس نعمتي سومين مشخصه مونوريل، سوزن هاي مسير است. سوزن هاي راه آهن به دليل سبكي ريل هاي راه آهن سبك و كم خرج است. اما سوزن مونوريل، بسيار سنگين است و بايد تجهيزاتی باشد كه بتواند تير بتنی را حركت دهد كه در همه كشورها ساخته نمي شود. سري اولش را خریدیم . ساختش بسيار ساده بود و يك نمونه آن را به سازنده داخلي دادیم و برای ما ساخت.

حمل ونقل ريلي، راهي كه ناگزير بايد به آن قدم بگذاريم

مهندس نعمتي درباره چشم انداز و آينده حمل و نقل ريلي ايران تصريح مي كند: آينده حمل و نقل ريلي را در ايران خوب و روشن مي بينم. با توجه به استفاده از سوخت هاي فسيلي و عدم گنجايش جاده ها براي حمل و نقل سنتي، ما بايد ظرف مدتي نسبتاً كوتاه، دوازده هزار كيلومتر خط ريلي بين شهری ايجاد كنيم. طي چند سال آينده ممكن است به اين افق نرسيم، ولي وسعت حمل و نقل ريلي كه اجباراً بايد اجرا شود خيلي زياد خواهد بود. بعد از آن مترو و مونوريل است؛ چرا كه در شهرهاي بزرگ با حجم زياد ترافيك چاره اي جز استفاده از روش حمل و نقل ريلي باقي نمي ماند. من مطمئنم كه هم مونوريل قم به خوبي اجرا مي شود و هم ساير مونوريل هايي كه در هشت شهر کشور تصويب شده است. اگر ما بتوانيم مونوريل قم را خوب اجرا كنيم و الگوي خوبي باقي بگذاريم ، قطعاً در هفت شهر ديگر هم شروع و اجرا مي شود.
