It looked better in the renders. Tbh, these buildings don't look that good. The design looks almost identical to the apartment buildings we have here in Toronto that were built in the 50's.

Renders always look better than the actual finished product. And yes I agree with your critique of the design.

The buildings actually look much better when you see them with your own eyes rather than in pictures.

You can buy an apartment in Nazimabad or Orangi town with this price range. I already have an offer of 14 million for Creek Vista and I have refused it.

this project was completed long ago..

Yesterday I went to Creek Vista, the road right infront of it, between the DHA O/A Level college and Vista is U/C. Also the roads around the area in general. The apartments themselves are complete.

If you guys are talking about the building in the background in the shots that I took from a distance, then that is Creek Marina. I took pictures of that too, they are in the Creek Marina thread.

The balloting of high-rise Creek Vista Apartments located in DHA Phase-VIII was held in the Conference Room of DHA Main Office on Monday. Pakistan Navy Commodore Syed Hasan Mustafa presided over the board of officers, which supervised the entire balloting procedure. Brig Tirmizi terming the balloting smooth and transparent, congratulated the 45 allottees of the apartments with which the process of allotment of the entire 720 apartments to the applicants was completed.

That depends on where you are looking in the image. The towers certainly aren't are low-density, which only leaves the foreground, which certainly isn't med/high-density (like the towers).
