AFRICON was invited to participate in a design competition for a prestigious tower that comprises commercial, administrative and residential elements. The brief required the design of the tower to be unique - a pinnacle of architecture. AFRICON, as the lead party, invited DSA Architects to undertake the architectural aspects of the project.

The building is 250 m in height and consists of 1 200 residential apartments, 50 000m² of office space and 25 000m² of commercial space, with associated basement and podium parking.

In addition to the architectural and engineering services, AFRICON also provided feasibility and value engineering inputs.

I''m sort of confused is this in Doha or Dubai??

there is road called doha in DUbai and a tower already called doha

The reason why I'm interested is because I'm planning to eventually move to Dubai.

I too am interested. I'm trying to find out about a planned 60 storey tower in Doha - and I got confused because of the name of this one.
Any details available on either??
