Tanzan & Butembo, what is the current status of this construction especially now the hotel ownership is changing hand?

construction has not started but eventually it will get built by Kilimanjaro Hotel owners which will probably be under Hyatt Regency management.Ownership is not changing but management has changed.Kilimanjaro Hotel/Bilila Lodge and Zamani Znz are still owned by the same proprietor.

Thank you Tanzan, let,s keep praying so that the plan does not change. Tanzania needs such a hotel in Arusha.

Looks like one of them 1960s buildings designed by communists from Czechoslovakia
