Yes it in Kalemegdan. There are more monuments but didn`t want to post them because it would take ages to load. But considering Korean internet speeds maybe I should :D

I think it comes from Titos friendship with all nations. I think Yugoslavia was the only friend of both S. and N. Korea in 60s and 70s
