Is there any concept building or existing building that blends modern aesthetic and traditional chinese architecture nicely?
I'm looking at something like this.

Taipei 101 and the Xiamen New Railway Station come to mind. Good thread topic, I look forward to more examples.

woah, whats this design? this looks awesome!!
also there are a few skyscrapers/modern buildings with chinese characteristics at the moment such as the Jin Mao tower in Shanghai and as mentioned above, the Taipei 101 skyscraper in Taipei. both have chinese traditional architectural styles blended in the design.

oh, damn...
i think this project looks like it would fit the best in Beijing somewhere.
also, i think theres a few skyscrapers in Beijing that looks simliar, i think its called yintai centre:
