ive been waiting years for this movie! The Alien series and Predator movies are my favourites and for both to meet is an awesome concept which was brought to magazines 5 years ago.
its no 1 movie at US boxoffice this week! no real big names in it, i think they wanted aliens to be the stars.

So, let's get the connections explained. 'Bishop' was the android in Aliens

Ewen Bremner (Trainspotting, Snatch, Black Hawk Down) is Graham Miller, a chemicals specialist.

Raoul Bova (Avenging Angelo, Under The Tuscan Sun) is Sebastian Wells. An Archeologist

seeing the Predator in the flesh. Standing 7 feet 9 inches, he is tall, very tall… and very mean looking. Mind you, I then got to see the mild-mannered Ian, 7 foot 1 inch and from Newcastle, who is inside the costume. He plays the part very well - but is destined to be the David Prowse of the AVP world.

Yes, it was. I never wondered it didn't go better.
The humans were easy to use but weak.
The Predator was hard use but strong.

It was a good mix.
I liked being an Alien, running up the walls and on the roof.

Yeah,same here.......and it was so easy to kill your opponent,just slash and whip and dismember-I used to love that sound of the limbs being ripped out of the sockets.priceless.

Natural selection for half-life is similer scaryness to AVP game.

I dunno about the movie though...

I take my nickname from predator. i cant wait but ive heard its a big let down.
but i guess it could never live up to what we expect. a bit like terminator 3, no matter how good it was it could never top t2.

OMG I'm not alone!

It's a great concept. It should really be up there with the MA rating though for most people. A PG rating brings it up to the level of Spy Kids 2. An M Rating will be borderline.

Ironically I hate gore (the film Deep Rising was the last straw!!) so I'm happy to see a nice PG version.

I love the lazer-like AVP logo.
