IF it's for investment, I'd go for Siena Park, kasi mas malapit sa Makati and BGC Business Districts. Although malapit rin naman ang Rhapsody sa Alabang.
IF it's for residential, nasa sayo naman yan kuya Germain, kung ano trip niyo.:) Okay pa rin naman overall lahat lahat(for me), ang location lang talaga critical. Ako pipiliin ko Rhapsody/Maricielo sana kasi yun talaga pinakanagagandahan ako na aesthetics, pero ang layo kasi sa Makati/BGC. Kaya bet ko talaga mga mid-rise projects sa Acacia Estates, Taguig.
Baka gusto niyo antayin yung newest project nila dun, Verawoods. This Sept/Oct daw launching.

Brokerods is right, yung rental fee mo maaaring umabot yan ng PhP20,000 monthly kung 2-bedroom unit ang kukunin mo. Kung studio-type unit naman, mga PhP15K siguro ang monthly rent.

Actually magaganda lahat ng properties na yan, basta DMCI. Pero para sa akin ang pinakamagandang property ay yung Rhapsody Residences. Bakit? Dahil nakakapagpa-relax yung Neo-Asian architecture nito. Tapos very accessible pa dahil nasa East Service Road lang.

In a meeting on Tuesday, FEU’s board of trustees authorized the acquisition of a 2.2-hectare lot in the Woods District of Filinvest Corporate City.
The property was acquired from Filinvest Alabang Inc., a subsidiary of Filinvest Development Corp.
The FEU board has authorized Lydia Echauz and Juan Miguel Montinola, the company's president and chief finance officer, respectively, to negotiate the terms and conditions of the acquisition and to sign and execute the documents related to the transaction on behalf of the company.

Where did you get your info na for lease ang mga lots in BGC? There are sold lots, joint venture lots and the ones for lease are those for offices.

IF it's for investment, I'd go for Siena Park, kasi mas malapit sa Makati and BGC Business Districts. Although malapit rin naman ang Rhapsody sa Alabang.
IF it's for residential, nasa sayo naman yan kuya Germain, kung ano trip niyo.:) Okay pa rin naman overall lahat lahat(for me), ang location lang talaga critical. Ako pipiliin ko Rhapsody/Maricielo sana kasi yun talaga pinakanagagandahan ako na aesthetics, pero ang layo kasi sa Makati/BGC. Kaya bet ko talaga mga mid-rise projects sa Acacia Estates, Taguig.
Baka gusto niyo antayin yung newest project nila dun, Verawoods. This Sept/Oct daw launching.

I love the fact na it's only 7 buildings tapos lahat may view ng amenity area..and the configuration of the 3-bedroom combined unit..Hehe...

Sobrang gusto ko rin yung Serissa, the best so far para sa akin for all midrise projects ng DMCI, but it is in Las Pinas, not the place I see myself in the future, so hopefully sing ganda or better ang Verawood(Acacia Estate) sa Serissa.:)
So_Cynical October 20th, 2012, 07:48 AM I bought a unit in the Lyre Building for less than 2 million, cash over construction payment terms...amazing really for a 2 bedroom place with such easy access to the Airport, Makati, Asian Hospital, and Festival Supermall/Alabang.
Carillon building has 3 or 4 display units now open....it looks great, pools and club house pretty much finished to.

When all those condos are completed there should be an extra 10000 people living in that area, not including lake front...i can envision a time when that whole strip from the Sucat exchange down to Alabang station is mostly Condos.
