Villaggio II is a mixed use development located in Accra, Ghana. The project is the second phase of the Villaggio complex, for the Ghanaian based developer T.E.D.C, with over 200 apartments, a small commercial office component as well as ground floor retail / restaurant and gym. The scheme comprises 4 buildings, each with a cantilevered end addressing a local landmark. The main 30-storey tower will be the tallest in Ghana when built.

the prices are eye watering, most of the residents are either western expats or ghanaian professionals living abroad.
