Love the whole chunks of glass on each side, and the spire looks good too.

Nice! But a bit stubby..the top part should be lengthened a bit.

Bad building! Really bad developer! He should fry! Don't any of you know anything about Jenkin's Arcade? A great building, torn down for that generic thing.:bash:

really don't like it. it looks too small to be 188m, the propotions are not very good, the mix of glass and stone is totally nasty IMO. It remeinds me on the Messe Torhaus in Frankfurt (http://www.skyscrapers.com/re/en/wm/bu/109671/) (one more reason, why I don't like it).
So -sorry- just a 4.0/10

I like the blue glass, and the spire at the top.

@Sky Kai
I assume it is 188 metres to the tip of the spire.

As what most people are saying..it ought to be taller. Other then that, the design itself looks a little over-used. 7/10

Another one of my favorites due to the unique design! It's a little too short but fits in well with the pittsburgh skyline. 9.5

It was originally designed to be 60 stories but was knocked down to 31... generally the skyscrapers get taller as they get further away from the point
