AG November 23rd, 2002, 07:25 AM Love the whole chunks of glass on each side, and the spire looks good too.
8.5/10
RafflesCity November 23rd, 2002, 07:05 PM 8/10
Nice! But a bit stubby..the top part should be lengthened a bit.
Sunflower November 23rd, 2002, 10:40 PM looks great though it looks shorter than it is.
7.5/10
De Snor November 24th, 2002, 09:42 PM I like the structure but not the height ! Should be taller !
SUNNI November 25th, 2002, 08:21 AM not too tall, but i like it...8.5
Caledon1981 November 26th, 2002, 09:33 PM very simple in design .. but not the tallest around. . .7/10
Pablo December 1st, 2002, 01:59 PM 6/10

very majestic!
UrbanLandscape December 2nd, 2002, 03:46 AM Bad building! Really bad developer! He should fry! Don't any of you know anything about Jenkin's Arcade? A great building, torn down for that generic thing.:bash:
SeeMacau January 4th, 2003, 01:09 AM It's OK
7/10
Evergrey April 6th, 2003, 06:49 AM 8.5/10 Love how it looks like a lotus. Nice use of glass chunks. Very beautiful in person.
Roscoe April 6th, 2003, 10:26 AM i like the design. 9/10
Sky | Kai April 6th, 2003, 03:35 PM really don't like it. it looks too small to be 188m, the propotions are not very good, the mix of glass and stone is totally nasty IMO. It remeinds me on the Messe Torhaus in Frankfurt (http://www.skyscrapers.com/re/en/wm/bu/109671/) (one more reason, why I don't like it).
So -sorry- just a 4.0/10
Sky | Kai
The Messiah April 7th, 2003, 11:54 AM A very classy deisgn.8.0/10

A typical moderate tower from the 80ties
Labrador September 21st, 2003, 09:20 PM 8/10
I like the blue glass, and the spire at the top.
@Sky Kai
I assume it is 188 metres to the tip of the spire.
:)
huaiwei September 23rd, 2003, 01:40 PM As what most people are saying..it ought to be taller. Other then that, the design itself looks a little over-used. 7/10
Fabio November 18th, 2003, 01:00 AM 7.5/10
I don't know if I really like it.
james2390 December 21st, 2003, 09:39 AM nice, 8

Jules December 29th, 2005, 03:38 AM Surprisingly appealing, I like how the spire comes out of the indentation at the top. 8.
The Baz July 29th, 2006, 02:09 AM Another one of my favorites due to the unique design! It's a little too short but fits in well with the pittsburgh skyline. 9.5

SoboleuS August 2nd, 2006, 04:33 PM Quite messy design - a typical tower from the 80's... 5,5/10
Evergrey August 4th, 2006, 04:19 AM It was originally designed to be 60 stories but was knocked down to 31... generally the skyscrapers get taller as they get further away from the point
