Abhiman Hills, Lighthouse Hill Road has reached the 10th floor? Are you sure?

Yes. I counted only upper floors leaving basement. But, I am not sure how many basement floors will be there for car parking.

The building looks very small from LHH Road. In the figure above diagonal width is less than width of tiled house and almost five lower floors are not visible.

If you see my pic posted above.. U can see atleast 8flrs standing ready, over that there floors below the grade level..

So it cant be 7th flr u/c as you saying

yes the building has more flrs but in the building itself the chart shows 7th flr u/c . however they may hav not not considerd the 3 flrs as they may be used for parking

Just realised that it is located in the ladies club premises. All the vacant land there is gone. It used to be a venue for'ROCK CONCERTS' during my MBBS days . It will be an impressive building as it is already located on top of the hill.The view from Ladyhill petrol station would be awesome.

actually its located behind ladies club . the photo what you see is the entrance road to ladies club . ladies club ground is still there it is used to conduct marriages, events etc (mostly held in the evenings) . the marriages , roce or other events looks glamourous. it is often booked by high end crowd . you will have good views frm this apartment.

Yes Moorthy ,when you travel in bus ,just after lady hill circle ,you will get the glimpses of high rises on the right. In the 80's you could see PVS,Rambhavan,Yenepoya Hospital ,KMC ,Lobo Prabhu flats etc. But now we can see taller structures.

Yenepoya was built by Canara Hotels for a 4 star Hotel project and about to be bought by Taj group but the deal did not work out for some reason or other.This was in the 80's . Any they went for the building near state bank which became Manjarun and now Gateway.

some flats are available frm 5th, 6th flr belowwards frm 7th flr upwards to 22flr all the flats are fully booked

So presently it's in the 9th or 10th floor right?The construction is really fast.they are moving at almost 1 floor/8-10 days
I can't imagine how it will look when all 22 floors are ready
