شاركت امانة بغداد بالجهود المبذولة لإنشاء المستشفى العراقي الالماني وكلية الطب الالمانية الملحقة بها في منطقة الجادرية في العاصمة بغداد .
ونقل المكتب الاعلامي لامانة بغداد عن دولة رئيس الوزراء خلال وضع حجر الاساس قوله " ارى ان مشروعاً هنا ومشروعاً هناك بدأ يتحرك في الاطار والاتجاه الصحيح الذي يجعل القطاع الخاص ورجال الاعمال والاستثمار والشركات الوطنية والاجنبية تتسابق من اجل ان تسهم في عملية البناء والاعمار وادامة عملية التطور في الاتجاهات التي طالما تحدثنا عنها ونحن فرحون مسرورون اليوم ونرى تحولاً هنا ومشروعاً هناك وخطوة هنا وخطوة هناك وهي كلها خطوات تكمل بعضها البعض الاخر مع جهد الدولة لانه لا يمكن ان تنهض الدولة بكامل اعباء المسؤولية وتحقق كل مستلزمات التطور والاستقرار وبناء الدولة وتوفير الخدمات اللازمة للمواطن مالم تتظافر الجهود بين القطاع العام والخاص .
واضاف " ان مع التطور الذي يحصل في البلد وفي ضوء الدستور والاتجاهات التي تم تبنيها في عملية البناء والاعمار واتاحة الفرصة لشركاتنا الوطنية ورجال الاعمال الذين يريدون ان يسهموا في تقديم الخدمات اللازمة لشعبهم ووطنهم وجدنا ان حالة من التنافس بدأت تحصل بين مختلف رجال الاعمال والشركات اضافة الى ماتم انجازه من قوانين وانظمة ضامنة لرؤوس الاموال ... مشيراً الى " ان من المهام التي نضعها نصب اعيننا في عملية بناء الدولة هو ان نحافظ بشكل مستمر وتصاعدي على الحالة الامنية في البلد حتى تاتي الاموال ورؤوس الاموال للبلد لتستثمر فيه .
من جهته بين مدير المشروع الدكتور (حسن الحداد) " ان المشروع يشمل انشاء مستشفى متخصص في كافة المجالات يسعى الى تقديم افضل العلاج للمرضى وبتقنيات حديثة وبكادر طبي اجنبي متخصص يقوم بمراحل التشخيص وتقديم العلاج الجيد فضلا عن كلية طبية تقوم بتدريس الطلبة العراقيين بمساعدة اساتذة المان وستكون شهاداتها معترف بها عالمياً ... مشيداً " بدور امانة بغداد وجهودها من اجل اختيار قطعة الارض اللازمة لانشاء المشروع .
من جهة اخرى اكد مدير عام دائرة العلاقات والاعلام في امانة بغداد السيد (حكيم عبد الزهرة) خلال حضوره حفل وضع حجر اساس المشروع " ان امانة بغداد تعاملت مع المستثمر خلال الفترة السابقة من اجل ايجاد الموقع الملائم لبناء المستشفى الكبير وكلية الطب الالمانية وهيأت كل التصاميم وكل مايحتاجه هذا المشروع من اجل انشائه .
واستطرد السيد (ابراهيم البغدادي) رئيس مجلس الاعلام الوطني قائلاً في تصريح بالمناسبة " ان المشروع ماكان ليظهر لولا دعم مجلس الوزراء وامانة بغداد ... مشيراً الى " ان المشروع هو احد المشاريع الاستثمارية الكبيرة العائدة لشركة ابن حيان للخدمات الطبية .
واضاف المكتب " ان المستشفى تحوي على عدد من الردهات تضم حوالي (250) سريراً وتشمل عدداً من الاختصاصات الطبية منها زراعة ومعالجة امراض القلب والكبد والرئة وعدد من الاختصاصات النادرة وتحت اشراف اطباء اختصاص المان واجانب .
واشار المكتب " ان الكلية الطبية الملحقة بالمستشفى سوف تقوم بتدريس الطلبة العراقيين في كافة الاختصاصات الطبية وتحت اشراف وتدريس اساتذة المان .
ويذكر " ان امانة بغداد هيأت عدداً من قطع الاراضي في اماكن مختلفة من بغداد لمنحها للمستثمرين لاقامة فعاليات صحية وخدمية وتجارية وترفيهية بهدف خدمة المواطن العراقي والبغدادي والارتقاء بالعاصمة بغداد الى المكانة التي تستحقها .
هذا وحضر حفل وضع حجر الاساس السيد (رافع العيساوي) نائب رئيس الوزراء وعدد من اعضاء البرلمان ورئيس هيئة الاستثمار وعدد من المسؤولين في الدولة

just an update on this. This hospital is supposed to be sited in Jadriya. Noticed the project billboard today.

sadly absolutely no construction whatsoever.

which is Nadhmi Auchi's company....

LOL so the cornerstone was set in 2010 and they haven't started construction yet?? This is happening to half of Iraqi projects, don't they like..... sign contracts? :D

It's a shame cuz it's quite a nice design and we're in desperate need of hospitals.

Wallah I wish I could get a legit reasons to why more than half of the projects (mostly the major ones) are delayed!!

Please do not confuse these "investment" projects with government projects. the two are completely different.
government projects = built but very poor quality and with lots of theft
investment projects = private investment and mostly not built at all :D

And yes, give the guy a chance, if he was corrupt in Saddam's time, let him be corrupt now, if he does some work. I mean go and look into the world closely, it is ruled by corrupt people, but there is one advantage to that, they sometimes (even sometimes most of the times) come up with something smashingly good and clean up their legacy.
