Uruguay 269 was designed as a multi or single tenant office building. The site is located at the heart of Puerto Rico’s banking district in Hato Rey. The building is divided into three major parts: the lower part or ground floor is conceived as a commercial space, the mid-levels will be occupied by a 5-story parking garage, and the top 4 levels are intended for office space. One of the major design highlights is that the building is designed to comply with LEED Certification.
