Very cool news piece! 70,000 residents is a lot and I read somewhere that the resident population of downtown Miami now ranks in the top 5 in the nation after cities like NYC, Chicago and Philly. It certainly did look busy with all of those people coming off the people mover! Thanks for the link!

Yes, it is! Last night at about 7:45, when I was shooting from the Brickell Avenue bridge, it went up because a freighter loaded with railroad cars was being pulled through by tugboats. When the bridge went back down and people could cross, there was a multitude going in both directions on both sides of that bridge. I mean it looked like Lincoln Road.

Great find....I am thinking of relocating to Downtown and/or Mid-Town Miami next year, from currently Sunny Isles.....we will see....
