Mantri Pinnacle to be Bangalore's tallest residential complex

Mantri Pinnacle is one of the popular residential developments in Bannerghatta Road and it is touted to be the tallest tower in Bangalore, with a 46-storey tower, helipad and other premium features.
Mantri Pinnacle to be Bangalore's tallest residential complex

Bangalore will soon get its tallest residential complex, a 46-storey tower by Mantri Developers. Though a formal announcement about the project is yet to be made, the buzz in Bangalore’s realty market is that it will turn out to be a landmark both in terms of magnitude and the cost. With each flat expected to cost over Rs 1.25 crore, the developers have already launched a silent blitzkrieg aimed at upscale buyers. A prototype of the residential tower, named ‘Mantri Pinnacle’, with details about the project has been put up at Bangalore International Airport.

It will have 133 apartments some with three bedrooms and the rest with four. The apartments will come in two sizes: 2,190 square feet and 3,550 square feet. All the flats will be centrally air-conditioned with personal controls and come with concierge services. The tower will offer a breathtaking view of the city from a sky lounge that will be constructed on the 41st floor. There will be an observatory on the 42nd floor and a helipad on the 46th floor. It will be one of the few residential complexes in the city to have a helipad.

“The helipad is a pointer to the profile of the occupants,” a source in the real estate sector said. The tower is in close vicinity to J P Nagar, Jayanagar and the IT corridor. “The complex is surrounded by top IT companies, educational institutes and hospitals,” a source said. Apart from the regular features like sports arena, a mini-theatre and health club, the tower will boast of an aqua gym — a swimming pool that can be transformed into a water gymnasium. The project is likely to be completed in the next two years.

Posterscope Creates Tallest Mock-up At Bengaluru Airport
Mantri Developers, Bengaluru’s leading real estate company recently launched Mantri Pinnacle, the tallest residential tower in South India. Located at Banerghatta Road, Bengaluru Mantri Pinnacle is a 46 storied tower that offers world-class planning and lavishly proportioned houses, with all the essentials of gracious living.

Mantri Developers wanted to preview the project at the Bangalore International Airport and Posterscope’s mandate was to showcase the avant-garde stature of Mantri Pinnacle. The team at Posterscope met this challenge by creating the tallest mock-up model of a project ever made for any real estate company in India. The realistic looking model stood tall at 21 feet from the ground and made for a spectacular sight that could just not be missed.

Haresh Nayak, MD, Posterscope says “ Our key task was to create impact in the TG intensive environment and we were able to do that by creating a first time ever ambient media for our client. We saw so many people taking their pictures standing in front of the mock-up as it looked so realistic. I believe this is the best proof of our deliveries”.

Apart from creating an avenue to reach out to the right target group in the Airport, Posterscope also created a well planned outdoor campaign for the launch using strategic billboards around Bengaluru.

Doubtful. Bangalore is on a vast plateau- there's ample space for the city to grow. Perhaps the CBD will certainly grow taller - but for the majority - I don't think we can expect a Mumbai-styled growth. which is fine - Bangalore has a wonderful flavor of mid rise vs colonial style vs heritage (actual historical heritage - not the idiotic ugly "MARINE DRIVE 50 year old crumbling buildings" so-called heritage in Mumbai which they dont want to demolish)

46*3 =138 m + crown/spire = 153 m

So,South India's/karnataka's tallest residential structure in Bangaluru?.Anyway height matters but what is more important is that structure should be unique and must have an impressive design. This one has all of it.:) Bangalore must keep adding such beauties to its skyline to stay in the South Indian skyscraper race. Innvoative design is the key here, else even a tier two city like mangalore has the potential to beat it when it comes to aesthetics and arithmetic :P

Bangaluru has some fantastic buildings decked up in its skyline.Any news about the ITC corporate tower?

Seems 150m is the definition for a skyscraper.. but a skyscraper at bannerghatta suburb doesnt really make sense. However 54 floors will be tallest in delhi  Bangalore's altitude is 920m to put it in perspective

Will low-rise Delhi take to high living? (http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/delhi/Will-low-rise-Delhi-take-to-high-living/articleshow/10720429.cms)
Rumu Banerjee, TNN | Nov 14, 2011, 01.25AM IST

NEW DELHI: NEW DELHI: At Kathputli Colony near Patel Nagar in west Delhi, strings and puppets are making way for the capital's tallest building. With a planned height of 190m, and 54 floors, Raheja Phoenix will not only be the city's first true skyscraper (generally defined as a building taller than 150m) but also a sounding board for its elite's residential preferences.

The developers sound bullish about skyscrapers. R K Arora, CMD of Supertech, which is building the 255-metre, 60-storey North Eye project in Noida's Sector 74, says, "The trend has always been popular in Mumbai but is now catching on in north India. We are going to launch another high-rise project soon in Sector 94." Says Raheja Developers' chairman Navin Raheja, "Community living will become a part of life in India soon, with condominiums becoming the norm. It's time we capitalized on the trend in Delhi as well." His company has plans for another skyscraper project in the NCR: the 57-storey Revanta in Gurgaon. Another company, Ireo, recently announced it will build a 51-floor project, Victory Valley, in Gurgaon. Is it a lasting trend? With rates starting around Rs 8,800 per sq ft, these apartments are by no means cheap, but Magazine says regulatory hurdles and poor infrastructure, not price, could hobble the trend. "FAR (floor area ratio) restrictions mean that you pay more if you go vertical, as compared to the same FAR nearer ground. The ratio needs to be addressed to allow really tall buildings to come up in Delhi," he says, adding that sanitation and traffic issues also need to be addressed to promote high-density living in towers.

I think it is already tallest building surpassing 32 floor world trade center, though the latter is commercial building so each floor height is more. when completed its height is 153m compared to 128m of wtc  the tower is now visible from far places including hosur road

That makes it to the list of top 30 tallest buildings in India

500 ft:nuts:
Thats great, but the height could have been more and I think this would have been the tallest in South India for sometime:)

I would be very glad when I will hear the tallest building in south India is from Karnataka,it should be Bangalore but Mangalore cannot be ruled out:)

South india is not a country or something.. wtc bangalore and ub city are taller than any other building in india outside mumbai. our old public utility building is taller than any building in chennai even today

^^ Are u talking only about commercial buildings? Tall residential buildings are coming all over India and NCR & Kolkata will be leading after Mumbai. In South India Bangalore will still lead with this building. 153 m, 45 fl buildings will be the tallest in Hyderabad (which are currently u/c around 40 floors), dont know about Chennai, Kochi

Many in the proposed section are u/c, wiki lists are just for reference except Mumbai which is bit accurate

It is good to see SSCians updating wiki lists , I will try to update Hyd lists. The problem with Delhi threads are not much active compared to other metro threads in SSC. Except for pics from developer's website and few updates now & then, there are hardly any pics of construction

nic picture....:nuts::nuts::nuts:

I think it is disadvantageous because of the fact that bangalore city has no proper skyline as such......all buildings are spread far far away from each other :(

well . This project is just awsome. Pride of Bengaluru & pride of south india. No doubt abt it.
But, lets discuss something related ROI.
its pre-launch price was 6900/sft, some 2 years back.
Today's price is 7900/sft.

How would it appreciate further?
is 1000/sft in 2 years good appreciation?
do we get good ROI on this one?

Looks like a monster already. Is it gonna trigger a new era of skyscrapers in Bangalore? Hope so... :)
