Wow! That is a very big overhaul. They are going to need more people to immigrate to Macedonia to fill up all those new buildings.

So is all this going to be built? Or are they just advertising/looking for investors?

I think some of the buildings (such as the 4 towers) will be built and will start construction in the new year, and other buildings are still in need of investors.

What are the chances of any of them getting build ?

The hight of the Towers must be over 125m. They started digging for foundations, the plans are to start construction after Christmas holidays.

The video shows objects who have been started, will be started and potential investments(selling the places to investors in 2011). Actually they are presenting the DUPs, Detailed Urban Plans, where these objects can be built.

For example for the towers preparations have already started. For the Amusement park works have started. The multifunctional arena too. The fields-trening complex for FFM has 60% of the works done. The place for the hotel next to the bridge over Vardar is preparing. Also the buildings in Gorno Lisice have started construction. And the Mini Stadium is almost completed. The tennis fields are completed. Some buildings in Reonski Centar are built. Idk.. we will see... and closely watch and follow any change in this process.

Компанијата "ЕН-СА-ИНГ" ќе гради станбени згради


Од Министерството за транспорт и врски информираат дека вчера се одржа јавно наддавање за отуѓување на градежно неизградено земјиште сопственост на РМ кое се наоѓа во Општина Аеродром и е наменето за изградба на објекти за семејно домување во станбени згради, мали комерцијални и деловни дејности.
- Вкупната површина на парцелата изнесува 2.996 квадратни метри, а почетната цена изнесуваше 4.600 денари по квадратен метар, а како најповолен понудувач на јавното наддавање е компанијата ЕН-СА-ИНГ" д.о.о. увоз-извоз од Скопје. Оваа компанија понуди највисока цена на јавното наддавање од вкупно 55.426.000 денари, односно 18.500 денари по квадратен метар, велат од Министерството.

Оттаму додаваат дека најповолниот понудувач е должен во рок од 15 дена од приемот на писменото известување кое Комисијата го издава по завршувањето на јавното наддавање да ги уплати средствата во согласнсот со крајната постигната цена од наддавањето. Доколку најповолниот понудувач не ги уплати средства во утврдениот рок, ќе се смета дека градежното земјиште не е отуѓено, нема да се пристапи кон склучување на договор за отуѓување и депонираните средства на најповолниот понудувач нема да му бидат вратени.

По извршената уплата во утврдениот рок се склучува договор со најповолниот понудувач за отуѓување на градежното земјиште, а со договорот најповолниот понудувач се обврзува дека во рок од 9 месеци од солемнизирање на истиот, ќе обезбеди одобрение за градба на предвидениот објект, а истиот ќе го изгради во рокот предвиден со одредбите од Законот за градење. Доколку објектот не се изгради во определниот рок, договорот ќе се раскине.

Поставен камен-темелник за изградба на 14 станбени објекти во општина Аеродром - 21.11.2010



Министерот за транспорт и врски Миле Јанакиески и градоначалниците на Град Скопје и општина Аеродром, Коце Трајановски и Ивица Конески денеска присуствуваа на поставување камен-темелник за изградба на 14 нови станбени објекти во скопската населба Ново Лисиче.

Зградите со вкупно 750 станови ќе ги градат домашни компании кои учествуваа на јавно наддавање за оттуѓување на градежно земјиште. Се очекува тие да бидат готови за околу две години. Вкупната инвестиција се проценува на околу 25 милиони евра.

Министерот Јанакиески смета дека ова ќе претставува дополнителен импулс во градежништвото и очекува со изградбата на овие објекти да се намали цената на станбен метар квадратен.

- Ова претставува уште еден дополнителен стимул за развој на градежништвото во Република Македонија. Очекувам до крајот на оваа година да следи истиот тренд во градежништвото и во 2011 година тоа да биде двигател на економскиот раст во нашата земја, рече Јанакиески.

Градоначалникот Конески, во чија општина се бидат изградени објектите, за идната година најави повеќе од 200 милиони евра инвестиции во градежништвото во општината.

- Ова е прв бран инвестиции во општина Аеродром. На почетокот на идната година очекуваме повеќе од 200 милиони евра инвестиции во градежништвото со што ќе бидеме една од општините со најмногу инвестици во овој сектор, рече Конески.

I was watching that Aerodrom video again, and it seems that a lot of those planned buildings are where there are currently houses. Does that mean that all of those houses have been bought out and will be demolished? Has demolishion already started for any of them?

It will be a great place to live by the way. All of those schools, sports fields, hotels, hospitals, etc.

There are three skyscrapers near the newly build boulevard Srbija. But I am not sure about the progress I think they just started out.

They are working on the foundations. We shall see.
