19th Environment Week in

blue martini May 30th, 2011, 02:31 PM Negros Occidental products
bestsellers at agri summit
Farmer-scientists and tertiary schools of Negros Occidental under the Farmers’ Information and Technology Services Centers showcased the products at the 1st- Regional Techno Gabay Summit and TechnoMart at Amigo Plaza Mall in Iloilo City during the weekend.
Edna Garde, Office of the Provincial Agriculturist FITS manager said Negrense products were among the most saleable, although these were sold atpremium prices because they are organic and free from chemicals.
The TechnoMart featured the products of Magsasaka Siyentista Ramon Peñalosa and Rafael Monfort like the Monchito’s honey mustard, Asian salad dressings, pesto sauce, coconut sugar, kimchi, and pickled squash, Garde said.
FITS-Cadiz City displayed its dried and processed fish products while Carlos Hilado Memorial State College of Talisay City exhibited its camote, polvoron, banana chips, and pickled vegetables, but its cheese-flavored taro chips were the most salable, she added.
Virgie’s Organic Kwakoy in ube and peanut flavors, a product of the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos and FITS-Bago City, were another best-buy at the fair, Garde said.
The West Negros University Research and Development Foundation, Inc. also displayed engineering works like the, Multi-Purpose Food Dryer, low-density Biomass Charcoal Maker, Power Herbs and Wonder Oil, and Bio-Power Up Green Fuel Additive.
Joseph Edward Idemne, director of the Western Visayas Agriculture and Resources Research and Development Consortium said they partnered with the Philippine Food Exporters Federation for training on product development and market matching that will help the MS and local producers to improve their products.
The Philippine Council for Agriculture, Forestry and Natural Resources Research and Development of the Department of Science and Technology will also name products with potential for commercialization displayed at the TechnoMart.*LTG

blue martini May 30th, 2011, 02:51 PM Forest Park- A Family Resort
By M. Albert Rile
Earlier, I thought Forest Park is a Motel until out of curiosity, I decided to make a drive along Taculing Road after visiting a friend at the Adventist Medical Center. To personally see things for myself, I took my family (consisting of Boboy, Jenny & Janelle Bargaamento) to Forest Park on a Monday morning. The place was quite impressive despite the fact that it is still undergoing improvements at this stage.
http://www.ndb-online.com/files/may2811v2.jpg
Natural looking man made waterfalls behind ACR
It consists of two large circular swimming pools, a mini zoo (in th making) with exotic birds, man-made waterfalls, picnic huts, a food court, social halls, etc. and everything that a family and/ or a group would need to enjoy clean wholesome fun.
Just a few miles from downtown Bacolod, Forest Park is a convenient place to spend the weekend or holiday with people close to one’s heart. Entrance fee of 100PHP per head is rather expensive compared to Punta Taytay’s 5PHP per person with picnic huts organized and spread all over the park. Everything is kept clean and well maintained. There is ample parking space, some shaded with trees to keep the cars cool.
Unlike Mambucal which is not only far from the City and worse has roads ( inside Mambucal itself) with potholes and plenty of cracks and crevices, the road to Forest Park is far better except for a small stretch with potholes too. The restrooms for gentlemen and ladies are spotless (especially early in the morning) with hooks provided for towels, underwear, etc. and soap holder in each bathroom stall. The toilets and the floors are apparently cleaneded on a regular basis. It would be nice if there would be cottages where one could stay overnight or a couple of nights to escape the hubbub of city life.
Forest Park is recommended as the place to relax. If only the entrance fee is at least, reduced for majority of the Negrenses and that road area with potholes could be fixed then, Forest Park Resort is definitely the place to unwind. Considering the present gas prices, going to Forest Park in Taculing is definitely more cost effective compared to driving all the way to Mambucal, Sipalay or Escalante for a relaxing weekend.*

Christendom May 30th, 2011, 11:11 PM Landbank, PNB Interested in Renting at Proposed Building in Paglaum Sports Complex
By Danny B. Dangcalan
There are many companies interested to rent spaces in the proposed three-storey commercial building that the provincial government will construct at the Paglaum Sports Complex, Governor Alfredo Marañon Jr. yesterday said.
Among them are the Landbank of the Philippines and the Philippine National Bank, he disclosed.
Marañon said that the commercial building will be constructed at the sides of Paglaum Sports Complex facing Lacson and Hernaez Sts., Bacolod City.
Marañon had said the building will house commercial spaces in the ground floor, a call center in the second floor, and a dormitory for students in the third floor.
He also said the construction of the building will start when all illegal structures along the Hernaez and Lacson sides of the sports complex are demolished.
As of Monday, Hernaez side had already been cleared of illegal structures, while the Lacson side has remaining four structures that will be demolished this Friday, Chito Magalona, head of the Provincial Capitol security and demolition team, said.
The building of the Negros Occidental Teachers’ Federation (NOTF) at the junction of Hernaez and Lacson Sts. still remains to be demolished as the NOTF officials appealed to Marañon to extend the May 15 deadline for them to demolish their building.
Marañon has given NOTF an extension of 15 days or until May 30, he said.*

Linguine May 31st, 2011, 05:04 AM Star-studded PBaRS 2nd leg unfolds today
(The Philippine Star) Updated May 31, 2011 12:00 AM Comments (0)
MANILA, Philippines - A power-packed cast, headed by the Sudirman Cup campaigners, plunges into action beginning today all looking for a strong start in their quest for top honors and ranking points in the second leg of the MVP Sports Foundation-Bingo Bonanza Philippine Badminton Ranking System (PBaRS) tournament at the Pohang Badminton Courts in Bacolod City.
Malvinne Ann Alcala, Bianca Carlos, Gelita Castilo, Antonino Gadi, Joper Escueta and Peter Magnaye, who steered Team Philippines to a runner-up finish in Level 4 of the just-concluded Sudirman Cup in China, will be the marked players in the week-long tournament which also features a number of rising stars and fresh faces out to spoil the fancied bets’ bids.
Alcala, 16, will be making her debut in the P1 million event after skipping the inaugurals last March to compete abroad, ensuring top-notch, slambang action in the girls side of the tournament, a project of Vice President Jejomar Binay, Rep. Albee Benitez and businessman-sportsman Manny Pangilinan.
Carlos swept the Open and Under-19 titles plus the girls doubles plum in the kickoff leg of the four-stage nationwide circuit but the Golden Shuttle Foundation bet will have her hands full this time with the entry of Alcala and the rest of the country’s leading players raring to contend for the crown and ranking points.
The event, sanctioned by the Philippine Olympic Committee, the Philippine Sports Commission and the Philippine Badminton Association, also offers big prizes with the winners in the Open class receiving P70,000 purse and the victors in the U-19 and U-15 divisions getting P20,000 and P10,000, respectively.

Marañon mulls regular ‘food fest’ in Panaad
BY RANIE S. AZUE
BACOLOD City — Gov. Alfredo Marañon Jr. is currently lining up more activities to be held in the Negros Occidental Sports and Recreational Park (Panaad Park), one of these is the quarterly food festival featuring cuisines in Western Visayas.
“We are studying the possibility of featuring cuisines like Japanese, Chinese, American and other dishes out of organically grown agricultural products of the province,” the governor revealed.
Only through this that “we can maximize the showcase of the best Negros Occidental can offer to visitors on a quarterly basis and not just during the annual Panaad sa Negros Festival” every April, Marañon added.
Marañon also said on August, the Panaad Park will host the 50th anniversary of the Organization for Industrial, Spiritual and Cultural Advancement (OISCA) International.
OISCA programs which helped in the development of communities in the province in terms of food productivity will be showcased on August 23, he said.
Football exhibition games — a team from Japan against a local team — will also be held soon in the area also known as the Panaad Park and Sports Complex.
Meanwhile, Marañon said the organizers of the recently concluded First Negros Food and May Flower Festival encountered “very minimal” problems, and called such as “birth pains.”
But according to the governor, they received a lot of positive feedback about the event that featured unique dishes and food products from different cities and towns in the province./PN

britnoy May 31st, 2011, 07:37 AM Good am mga migs... for me Dapat i follow tani sang iban ang international Code on aviation which is Bacolod or ( New Bacolod-Silay Airport) kay it is based on standard rules on aviation. bisan diin ka na airport magkadto, indi ka maka kita Silay nga route..., and it is always bacolod is being used as a standard... kay ang Airport ta nga Old, gin saylo man lang location sa Silay City, kag indi man ini panag-iya sang Silay ang airport, it is owned and funded by National Government.. it is worth billions of pesos and Silay cannot afford to spend this airport in order for them to claim that it is their Airport..:bash:
sa akon nga opinion ya since nagbalhin ang airport sa silay pamatyag ko abi sang officials sang Silay ila airport daw abi nila sila nagasto. First of all i'm against na dira sa silay kay ara lang permi sa north, galing sang pagdecide sang una kung diin ibutang taga north man ang gov.wala ta mahimo.mas damo population sang south kay sa north. Pero ara na na supportahan ta nalang na. Indi lang pagliwata ang name kay budlay na ya.

‘healthy ice cream’
Gov. Alfredo Marañon, Jr. launched the “Doc’s Ice Cream” created by Dr. Bel Magallanes during the Negros First Food Fair using fresh milk as its main ingredient, Provincial Veterinarian Dr. Renante Decena said yesterday.
The Negros Federation of Dairy Cooperatives, a group of cooperatives assisted by the province, provided the main ingredient for the ice cream, Decena said.
Magallanes, a medical doctor who specializes in ears, nose and throat ailments said that because the ice cream mix has fresh milk as its main ingredient it is different from commercial ones.
Commercial ice creams are usually composed of reconstituted- ingredients like powdered milk. The fat and sugar contents Doc’s Ice Cream are also 20 percent lower compared to standard ice cream contents, Magallanes said.
The ice cream is sold at the Technology and Livelihood Development Center in Gatuslao Street, Bacolod City.
The Department of Trade and Industry, National Dairy Authority, PVO, and TLDC also assisted the development of the product.*LTG

Bacolod City okays hosting of another Philippine National Games
BACOLOD CITY, May 30 (PIA) -- Bacolod City is amenable to the holding of another Philippine National Games in Bacolod in the future.
In a press conference at the Media Center in Grand Regal Hotel recently, Mayor Bing Leonardia and Vice Mayor Thaddy Sayson said that it will be a most appreciated development if the organizers will decide to hold another Phil. National Games in Bacolod, maybe two years from now. This time, with the possible availability of the Panaad Sports Complex, as venue
However, Leonardia said Panaad does not belong to the city but the province. Neg. Occ. Gov. Alfredo Marañon, Jr. has yet to be informed and it is a good thing that the city and the provincial government are in very good terms, the Mayor said.
He said would also appreciate it, if the city will be given more time to prepare for a big event such as the Philippine National Games.
“If given more time to prepare, the city can do better, with city officials concerned sitting down together to finalize things,” he said.
Leonardia pointed out that local athletes are learning much from the experience and that it is a rare occasion to see high caliber national athletes converging in Bacolod.
Meanwhile, Bacolod City Vice Mayor Sayson said that many of the national athletes in the National Capital Region come from Negros Occidental but these athletes opted to play for NCR because of better opportunities offered. JCM/CAD/PIA6/PIO)

@dark spirit May 31st, 2011, 08:33 AM New Cadiz port brings in more business opportunities
May 31, 2011
The most awaited 205 million commercial port in Cadiz City has finally opened recently.
It is the first commercial port ever constructed and run by the Cadiz City government.
Cadiz City Mayor Patrick Escalante, his brother Board member Salvador Escalante Jr. and city officials joined the passengers in welcoming the first shipping lines M/V Margarita that docked from Bantayan Island, Cebu.
The shipping line, which has a seating capacity of 100, sails from Cadiz to Bantayan and vice versa twice a day.
The newly opened commercial port will serve inter-island vessels from Cadiz to Iloilo, Batangas, Bantayan and cargo ships to Cebu City.
It has 22 lineal meters of commercial wharf to accommodate 600,000 to 700,000 meters tons of cargo annually, 1.8 hectares back up for service roads, storage facilities and area for local embarking and disembarking vessels.
Former Cadiz City Mayor Salvador Escalante, Jr., now a Provincial Board member explained the history of the project saying”the port was the result of the study participated in by professionals and different sectors through City Development Strategic Planning (CDSP) and visualizes the city as the “Gateway and Premier Center of Agro-Fishery Resources of Negros Occidental”.
For his part Cadiz City Mayor Patrick Escalante, thanked the Divine Providence for the completion of the biggest project the city has ever achieved. He said "there are many sacrifices, financial crisis and difficulties that we encountered during the construction of this port."
The prices of fuel and materials increased and the contractor was about to give up but with the effort of former Mayor Salvador Escalante and his officials this project has come to materialize.
Mayor Escalante said he is proud to announce that the port is now open for business and it will benefit the people of Cadiz not only the business sector but also the people living near the port.
“This will help boost our economy, that’s why we must thank God for giving this gift to our city,” he said.
Cadiz City is a coastal city in northern Negros Occidental, and about 65.2 kilometers away from Bacolod City, the capital of the province.*(JCM/CAD/PIA6/PIO, Cadiz City)

Xeltran May 31st, 2011, 09:19 AM Pero reminder lang ko sa taga himo sang Silay City Website please indi pag balikwata ang fact and info.
The official name of the airport is NEW BACOLOD - SILAY AIRPORT (BCD) and not SILAY AIRPORT or SILAY-BACOLOD AIRPORT (nanu ruta sang jeep?) or NEW SILAY AIRPORT ( kay daw wala pa man "old Silay Airport")...and the flight route is called MANILA - BACOLOD and never MANILA-SILAY, since what it meant is the airport and not the city.:bash:

Pasalamat na lang tani ang gaubra nga Silay ang ginpili nga location kag gindala pa ang Silay sa ngalan. Research on the city development and how we can further expand the business. I can use this as a tool as people congregate in this site to discuss things about the province.
Honestly, I (think) am old enough to be joining debates on which is better. We also have a business in the other island, and I respect their status and how they are now. Here in Bacolod, we are also rising so (for me) it's just a win-win for our company.

1998 pa na migs na formulate nga project abi...and dapat iya na ngalan is NEW BACOLOD AIRPORT as the project is entitled that way. But with respect to Silay gin butang sya as part of the official name since the airport is "relocated there"...the word is relocated. So that means it is still the Bacolod Airport (RPVB/BCD) at a new site.
Basta ah.., bisan I have heard many people from Silay saying "te ma ano na lang kamo kay ara na sa Silay ang Airport?"...hehehehehehehe.....ang importante the airport is serving its purpose and please call the airport by its official name kay kalaw-ay mag ilis -ilis ka ngalan nga indi man lang official

3 banks offer loans for Paglaum development
By Teresa Ellera-Dulla
Tuesday, May 31, 2011
GOVERNOR Alfredo Marañon Jr. confirmed that three banks are presently offering loans to the Provincial Government to fund the Commercial Hub to be built at the Paglaum Sports Complex.
Aside from the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP), the two other banks, which are offering to lend Capitol the P400 million funding requirement for the project are Philippine National Bank (PNB) and Land Bank of the Philippines.
Francisco Del Rosario, president and chief executive officer of DBP, confirmed over the weekend during the opening of the First Negros Food Fair that DBP is interested to fund the project.
Marañon said the provincial officials will evaluate first which bank offers the best terms which are for the best interest of the province.
The governor disclosed that the structural design for the commercial hub is now being prepared and that the bidding may take place this month for the construction of the structure.
Capitol plans to construct a three-storey building at the Paglaum Sports Complex that will house shopping centers at the ground floor, a call center facility at the second floor and a dormitory at the third floor.

blue martini May 31st, 2011, 02:07 PM OISCA event
next at Panaad
BY CARLA GOMEZ
The next big event at the Panaad Park and Stadium in Bacolod City will be the 50th anniversary of OISCA (Organization for Industrial, Spiritual and Cultural Advancement) that will draw delegations from Japan on August 23 to 25, Gov. Alfredo Marañon Jr. said yesterday.
OISCA has been implementing environmentally sustainable development projects in Negros Occidental over the years to uplift the lives of the poor through livelihood opportunities and through efforts to protect the environment.
Marañon, who is president of OISCA Philippines, said a football team from Japan will arrive in Negros Occidental for a tournament with Negros Occidental teams during the event.
There will also be various activities, including a Japanese food fair, he said.
Marañon said he was happy with the participation of Negros Occidental local government units in the three-day First Negros Food Fair at the Panaad that ended Sunday.
There are improvements that need to be implemented but for a first time event, it had a pretty good start, he said.
We will learn from our shortcomings to have even better food festivals at the Panaad, he said.
The governor is eyeing the holding of festivals at the Panaad on a quarterly basis. He said they are studying the holding of food festivals by regions, explaining that there could be fairs for Chinese, American, Chinese and Spanish food, too.
Annual Santacruzans will also be held at the park every May, he added.
The governor said that during the Negros First Ranch and Animal Show held at the Panaad simultaneously with the Negros Food Fair many farm animals were also sold.
People even wanted to buy those that were not up for sale, he said.
Meanwhile, Marañon said the provincial government is inaugurating a laboratory tomorrow for water, soil and food analysis to boost the agriculture and food security thrust of the province.*CPG

Christendom May 31st, 2011, 02:35 PM Export Processing Zone soon to rise in Silay
By Teresa Ellera-Dulla
Monday, May 30, 2011
SILAY CITY – Mayor Jose Montelibano bared Sunday the establishment of an export processing zone to be located in a 25-hectare property beside the Bacolod-Silay Airport.
Montelibano said the property where the processing zone will be located is owned by the Magsaysay family. The deal has already been concluded, he said.
Aside from an export processing zone, Robinsons Land Corporation has also purchased land near the airport where it plans to construct a mall.
Moreover, Montelibano disclosed that Negros Occidental Governor Alfredo Maranon Jr. has already approved the transfer of the Philippine Air Force flying school to an area within the airport.
“These developments would mean more job opportunities for the people of Silay,” the mayor stressed.

Silay City Master Development Plan (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=726176)
Silay City (15 km North of Bacolod City)
http://i161.photobucket.com/albums/t226/cosmosnegros/bacolodinternationalairport/isometricviewsilay.jpg
The centerpiece of the Master Plan is the development of a “new city” next to the key infrastructure feature – state-of-the-art domestic airport of international standard. This new metropolis is projected to grow around special economic zones and export processing points to be built in the airport’s periphery.
In our wish list is a Light Railway Transit System from our airport. It is currently being mulled to traverse from the airport to Bacolod City and eventually to Bago City in the south and Cadiz City in the north. This mass transport system is expected to ease traffic congestion in thoroughfares linking the airport to the province’s major arteries. Our supplemental infra projects include a flyover at the intersection of the national highway and the AIDSISA road to Brgy. Lantad.
A 25-hectare Special Economic Zone right beside the airport is being processed for accreditation of PEZA. A school has signified its intention to build a school in Hacienda Bagacay as human resource base for the economic zones. Also in the drawing board are plans for a golf course, a horse race track, a car race track and a five-star hotel with 3,000 seat convention hall. The general area of Guimbala-on shows good potentials for retirement communities which can be developed together with golf course or leisure farms.
Airport location, though a significant economic anchor does trigger a huge multiplier effect particularly when it is located in Greenfield areas which are near business and commercial centers such as the case of Bacolod City. The tendency is for major economic activities such as commercial and business operations to concentrate the major city while the airport host city becomes largely a transit point with economic activities focused on airport related activities and some ancillary activities catering to largely local needs. Housing and commercial development may evolve as a response to airport based and related employment.

Let us put it straight. Silay is Part of Metro Bacolod.
I hope the plan to utilize and manage resources should be followed as well. Like develop the hinterlands, that specifically cater the needed support to protect the Northern Negros Forest Reserve. Same with Talisay City. Hopefully, the three would become HUC as well. Bago would join the Metro Bacolod, and Hopefully Economic Zones in the North ( Silay ) and South ( Bago ), would benefit everybody, and eventually spread the littles things that we have.

She has a point. Some people just simply do not understand professionalism. Appropriate decorum and mindset. Some are living in pretense. Keeps on throwing mindless speeches, without caution.

Hahahahahaha...ang EPZ daw feasible pa na guro in 10-20 years time...first we need a international port with a larger berthing capacity and a substantial area for buildings and equipment and the airport should be already having regular international flights with a larger terminal building, apron and taxiway plus larger buildings for cargo.

Demand for organic products high
BACOLOD CITY, MAY 31 (PIA) - Robert Gasparillo of the Negros Island Organic Certification Services (NICERT) based in Bacolod City said certified-organic products enjoy brisk sales in Metro Manila and in the USA, Europe, Canada and Japan because they are healthy and chemical-free.
Gasparillo told participants of the 1st Regional Techno Gabay Summit and TechnoMart at Amigo Plaza Hall in Iloilo City, recently that the ‘Organik Na Negros Market’ in Bacolod alone could not supply the high demand for organic-certified poultry eggs and chicken meat.
He said when consumers buy products that are certified organic, they get more value for their money and are protected against fake organic products. Producers also benefit from organic certification because they could already sell their products at premium prices here and abroad, added.
Organic product certification was presented as a tool in the commercialization of science-and-technology-based products during the TechnoMart that was attended by Magsasaka-Siyentista (farmer-scientists), members of colleges and universities, and representatives of the Farmers’ Information and Technology Services (FITS) Centers in Western Visayas.
To date, NICERT has certified the products of 20 individuals, smallholder groups, and firms from Negros, Iloilo and Cebu. These products include fertilizers, vegetables, herbs, root crops, fruits, grains, coffee, sugarcane, meat and poultry, aquaculture and processed foods. *(JCM/CAD/PIA6/OPA/FITs)

Bacolod City creates public-private partnership sub-committee
BACOLOD CITY, May 31 (PIA) -- In line with the priority program of President Benigno S. Aquino III on public-private partnershipn (PPP), the city of Bacolod created its own sub-committee on PPP in its Local Development Council (LDC).
The sub-committee of the LDC was created through Executive Order No. 18 series of 2011 signed by Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia on May 23, 2011.
E.O. No. 18 is in response to the call for the local chief executives to create PPP as a sub-committee in its LDC in order to localize the mandated powers and functions of the PPP center and to assist the LGUs in setting the economic and social development and coordinate the development efforts as provided for in Section 106, of the Local Government Code of 1991.
The Order underscores the recognition of the indispensable role of the private sector as the main engine for national development, as provided for on Article 5, Section 20 of the Philippine Constitution and as included in the Republic Act 7718 or the “Act Authorizing the Financing, Constructions, Operations and Maintenance of Infrastructure Projects” otherwise known as the Build, Operate, Transfer (BOT) Law.
It will also provide the most appropriate incentives to mobilize private resources for the purpose of financing infrastructure and development projects implemented by the government.
The Private-Public Partnership Sub-Committee shall assist the LDC in the formulation of action plans and strategies related to the implementation of PPP programs and projects, per E.O. NO. 8, Series of 2010 signed by President Aquino on September 2010.*(JCM/EAD-PIA6/CMO Negros Occidental)

JCM/CAD/PIA6/PIO)
we are always ready! we have complete sports facilities :)
New Cadiz port brings in more business opportunities

Concert in Bacolod October 2011
Hillsong's music has become well-known internationally amongst Christian groups. Songs such as "Power of Your Love" by Geoff Bullock and "Shout to the Lord" by Darlene Zschech have become popular and are sung throughout churches world-wide. Hillsong have released over 40 albums since 1992, many of them achieving gold status in Australia. Although the music is not well known amongst the mainstream, their 2004 live praise and worship album For All You've Done reached #1 in the mainstream Australian album charts (ARIA) when many copies were sold during Hillsong's annual conference.

Concert in Bacolod October 2011
Confirmed na sa October maabot da ang Hillsong? Wow! I have friends who works in Becca Music, Inc. and Praise, Inc., the one who holds the distributing and advertising rights of Hillsong in the Philippines. Maybe I can ask them for extra confirmation myself as well.
Reminds me of something...
The only church in Bacolod that has a possible capability to build a large structure, well not as humongous as that of Hillsong but the likes GCF or CCF here in Manila, is BCCB/Ikthus Bacolod. The church property is located in Lacson street, a hub of rising high-rises.
I wonder if the church will build a mid-rise worship center there, mga 5-8 floors. Indi bagay nga one floor lang e in a setting like Lacson St. Dapat they should make it higher so that they can finally have a more decent place for CAB and church conventions plus the facilities will not be flood prone anymore as what happened years ago that damaged Ikthus equipments.
By the way, I am a member of Ikthus. Any fellow Ikthus members here? :D

Christendom June 1st, 2011, 05:52 AM Let us put it straight.
Bago would join the Metro Bacolod, and Hopefully Economic Zones in the North ( Silay ) and South ( Bago ), would benefit everybody, and eventually spread the littles things that we have.
ang talisay city kinanlan may good urban planning man sila kay natung-an sya sang bacolod ka silay cities,,,maybe in a few years to come or mang surprise man sila...
