height of the seven 32group towers at jlt will vary between 149m and 166m. this one is a 40-floor, so it might be about 155m!!

yes, and i think this speaks fot all the other towers heights! if 45 stories are around 160, there won't be no taller towers as the tallest there have 45!

only the tower in the center will be over 200!

hope its a great tower fine place for roof top or some major freature

Interesting observation.. it sure is wierd

as al attar group has bought plot k3 for vue de lac, 32 group has to move it's pacific tower to somewhere else, but we don't know where yet

do you guys remember when vue de lac was launched by al attar properties? both towers are located on K3 in jlt
it's obvious that al attar has bought the plot from 32 group

a shame, we don't read about it and 32 group is still having it on their hompepage, although these news are probably more than a month old!!! :ohno:

btw - butterfly, do you happen to know if 32group's other towers will be built? like monaco tower, casblanca tower,...

They seriously need to build this one !! it's one of the best

I wouldent cancell this too soon. Should rather wait to see what is actually beimng built on this plot and also this tower may have moved to another plot and kept the same design. Give it a few months when most of the towers will at least be out the ground.
I also think there are many towers u/c that we dont know about as I always find new ones when i go there and besides that there are ones u/c that we have listed as approved or proposed.
Needs someone to go through the site and tick them off.

This is a nice tower, shame for it to be canceled if that's the case as uglier towers are u/c.

Theres a stand in city centre where thay have a picture of it. and im assuming they are selling apts in it too.

Did u get to enter JLT site? The last time I was there, there was no way a car could go in other than a 4X4

formerly it was on K3, but al attar has bought the plot to develop the vue de lac tower on it. this one must have changed the plot then!
please give us an indication of the rough location so that we know on which cluster this one might be built now

This is getting quite interesting...I haven't gone into JTL in over a month, but if boards are anything to go by, then Al Ghurair's Office Tower's hoarding has been there for ages and nothing's been happening.

Also, I got the news of the cancellation directly from 32Group. Also heard from them that not all towers they mentioned will be built. Apparently there was a cash flow problem. Surprising, given they are one of the region's biggest conglomerates.

that is surprising indeed...but i hope it might not happen to other approved towers...

that will probably not happen because most of them are under construction yet and i've never seen an official press release releasing one 32group's jltowers!

so is this confirmed as not built?
