I got this info from a pretty reliable source. Next week, Emaar will be launching freehold apartments along the beach of the new growth corridor (Junction 5 and 6 of SZR). They will be "similar to the Greens" (not sure if she was referring to design styles, prices, or what) and will be the company's first beachfront apartment project ever.

Let's see what happens!

I am not exactly sure but I believe the name will be "Green Heights" or something similar

so, we'll have to wait! i would like both. some exclusive residential villas would be great, but as i love towers i would like them both.

hmm low rise along the beach well at least its a new development as the beach from seems wasted in many places around dubai

Just because Emaar didnt announce anything about their beach front apartments doest mean anything. IT WAS A RUMOUR. It may be a reliable source but who knows! Oh yeah and BTW its drum roll Toronto!

As I said it was a reliable source so you will hear an announcement sooner and later. And the proper term is "drum-roll". A "drumb-beat" is not even remotely similar to a drum roll

maybe they have a short delay. still excited though! :)
