Few days back i met the supervisor at the site and he told me that the first tower of about 36 floors with parking which makes it 43 is already u/c. ground work has begun at the site. I am not sure if it is actually going to be 4x62Fl or 1x62Fl.

Awesome!!! How did this slip by all this while without the acute eyes of SSCians catching it? :D

are the lodhas making all towers at one go like vivarea or are there some phases?

It says the tallest of the four towers is 62 floors, the other three are 43fl. So only on 62fl tower.
