This Allgreen development at 38 Handy Road is in a prime spot but looks like it will worsen the traffic conditions around Handy Road. Hopefully LTA can relook at the traffic flow. I think shifting the taxi stand area of Plaza Singapura elsewhere would definitely iron out the congestion.

Btw has this project managed to breach $2500psf?

not just the taxi stand,even the bus lane on the main road is causing major traffic choke point.

the road also have the red line all day NO CAR lane,so u see cars go in and out to avoid the red line, really a mess during peak hours.
