7/10 - It's not too bulky, and I give it extra points for that nice, shiney-shiney glass curtainwall that dances with the light.

BUT - The glass and the stone(or concrete) don't blend together that well - maybe they should have taken some strips of glass right accross the other surface, with no interruption. Besides, that stone or concrete is bland. That division running straight down the glass is awkward and ill-fitting, the roof has a bad case of "dull flat top with silly antenna-itis," and I'm not sure about the base....

Reminds me to Pollux and Castor in Frankfurt am Main.

I like the way the first four floors interact with the smaller buildings. I like the way the horizontal window lines break up your eye as it moves vertically. Most important is the different facades. Excellent integration into site.

the design's decent and blends into its surrounding quite well. the masonry contrasts well with the glass. nothing outstanding about it though, and the transition from tower to spire's rather abrupt.
