View Full Version : Just a though on "The Interchange"

I have not posted on this site for quite a time now. I still peruse the site often in search of new projects, and information. I just want to share my opinion on this "Interchange"; maybe some will agree. The name is sickening because even though it is an exemplary descriptive name for what the city thrives with, it almost serves as appraisal for the suburban car dependency we all hate (should hate). I understand some may see this sub-forum symbolic of an interchange because of all the different topics that pass though here. Why not call "The Interchange" something with a better "urban connotation" instead of a reminder of the city's car dependency problem? Just a thought.

The name is alright.

If anything, we should change it to "The Abbey". :tongue3:

The name is for off-topic subjects. If you disagree with the name and venture on such campaign; where are you're propositions?

I, as well as L.A.S.F. (the other Mod), would put the subject into general consideration if the proposal would be more open.

Off Topic= nothing to do with urbanism, architecture and development.
