I have a weird feeling about this one. I don't think that it will get approved/built.
But if it does, it certainly is something special and with the right location could be a great landmark in Riyadh.

لكن سؤال هل المشروع في الرياض ام فقط استنتجت ذلك من اسم دار الرياض
لان الي اعرفه ان شركة دار الرياض استشارات هندسية اكثر من كونها مطور عقاري احد اقاربي يعمل في نفس الشركة ساحوال ان اخذ منه اكبر قدر ممكن من المشاريع الجديدة

Yes IMO it's unlikely to be built anytime soon.
KAFD has pretty much killed the class A market in Riyadh, as most blue chips will be moving there.
Without an anchor tenant or two on board it would be crazy to build such a big tower.

no way .. but is so nice to see such a design
looks amazing, hope they build it.
