ETA-ASCON turns developer with luxury projects at Jumeirah Lake Towers and Dubai Marina
ETA STAR, the property development arm of The ETA-ASCON Group, has launched two major freehold residential property projects in the UAE.

http://www.ameinfo.com/images/news/3/8873-eta.jpg

The company will not only build but also market its projects under the ETA STAR's brand name

September 27, 2004: The Palladium and Belvedere projects herald the arrival of ETA STAR as the main property development arm of The ETA-ASCON Group, which is involved in conceiving, developing and marketing free hold residential and commercial properties.

The Palladium, set in Jumeirah Lakes Towers' luxurious surroundings, is part of Dubai's newest residential development. The 33-storey tower offers waterside and marina views, along with one, two and three bedroom apartments, penthouses, retail and office space and a lobby packed with restaurants and boutiques. Construction begins by early next year and completion by mid 2007.

Located at the south-western end of Dubai Marina, The Belvedere is a seven-storey building offering fine views of the 3.5 km long marina. Ground floor apartments will enjoy landscaped exteriors, which extend into private gardens. The property is expected to be ready for occupation in 2005.

'ETA ASCON group has involved in Dubai Marina, Emirates Towers, Deira City Centre and other landmark projects in the UAE and other Gulf Countries. ETA STAR is a full fledged property development arm of ETA ASCON. The Palladium and Belvedere projects are prime examples of the dynamic contribution Dubai's property developers are making to the creation of a new lifestyle in the Emirate,' said Abid A. Junaid, ETA STAR's Executive Director. The company will not only build but also market its projects under the ETA STAR's brand name.

Star Properties commences construction on The Palladium at Jumeirah Lake Towers

ETA Star, one of the premier property developers in the Middle East has announced that it will commence construction on The Palladium, the proposed 34-storey office, retail and residential complex in the heart of Jumeirah Lake Towers.

The company has awarded the AED 122 million construction contract to Ascon Construction LLC, a part of the ETA ASCON GROUP. Ascon Construction LLC has been involved in the construction of several landmark projects including the Deira City Centre, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the Dubai Business Centre.

According to the terms of the contract, ASCON will be responsible for building an ultra modern high-rise mixed-use apartment complex spanning over half a million square feet of built-up area. Over 90 per cent sold out, the project is scheduled for completion by the 3rd quarter of 2007.

Commenting on the project, Mr. Abid Junaid, Executive Director at ETA Star Properties, said, 'The Palladium has been conceptualized to capture the essence and charm of sophisticated lakeside living and is one of our most prestigious projects to date. The high-rise project will cater to people wanting to live and work in, and close to, the Jumeirah Lake district area.'

'Being a part of the same group, ASCON share our commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in construction and amenities. ETA has carved a niche for offering luxurious yet affordable 'lifestyle properties in prime locations in Dubai and we are certain The Palladium will be a much sought-after jewel in our growing portfolio.'

Aptly named after a rare and precious metal, The Palladium is located in the prestigious Jumeirah Lake district, close to the Mina Seyahi Beaches and next to the 50-storey state-of-the-art Dubai Metals and Commodities Centre (DMCC). Designed by reputed architects DAR Consultants, the mixed-use complex features one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses with stunning views of the lake on one side and city vista on the other.

Residents can avail of state-of-the-art amenities including high speed internet access and digital/satellite connectivity as well as leisure facilities such as a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, heath club and 150 m indoor jogging track. The Palladium also offers coffee shops and boutiques in the lobby, a separate retails area for convenience shopping and a spacious multi-purpose hall for roof-top parties.

ETA Star opens display center for customers of 'The Palladium'

ETA Star, one of the biggest property developers in the UAE, has announced the opening of a display centre at its Hamrain Centre office for customers of its 'Palladium' apartments.
United Arab Emirates: 4 hours, 54 minutes ago

http://www.ameinfo.com/images/news/6/22386-jaya.jpg
V. Jayaraman, General Manager, ETA Star.

The display centre is exhibiting samples of interior furnishings and fittings to help customers choose and approve them. The display centre reinforces ETA Star's commitment towards prioritizing customer needs, and is expected to help cement long-lasting relationships with its customers.

V. Jayaraman, General Manager, ETA Star, said,

'The response to the display centre has already been very encouraging, as customers have appreciated our efforts to exhibit samples of the interiors, thus giving them a chance to choose the fittings and fixtures for their homes. This first-of-a-kind initiative reinforces ETA Star's customer-centric approach and our commitment to offer value-added services to our customers.'

'During the coming months we have plans to set up similar display centers for our other premium projects in Dubai. Offering a dream home to our customers, incorporating custom-designed elements such as furnishings and fittings, is the primary objective behind this novel initiative. We have been focussing on designing our projects in line with customer requirements and current market trends, and we are certain that our customers will recognise this,' he added.

The Palladium, located in the heart of the Jumeirah Lake Towers, next to the Dubai Metals and Commodities Centre (DMCC), is a 34 storey high ultra modern high-rise apartment complex. The project, designed by the renowned 'DAR Consultants', comprises office, retail and residential floor plans and spans over half a million square feet of built-up area. The Palladium is a distinctive lifestyle project designed to provide charm and sophistication to residents.

Occupants have a choice of one, two and three bedroom apartments, as well as luxuriously designed penthouses. All floors of the property offer stunning lake views on one side and city vistas on the other.

Moreover, the residential apartments feature walk-in closets and have spacious living and dining areas with sprawling landscaped terraces. The Palladium offers residents the benefits of an exclusive lifestyle - with a rooftop party hall, lake activities, temperature controlled swimming pools, jacuzzi, complete health club, a jogging track on the 34th floor, restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques in the lobby. The Palladium is expected to be ready for occupancy by early 2007.

We almost bought in this... we were getting a great deal but we decided to go for something straight from the developer instead of paying around 100,000 dhs premium. If you dont mind the premium, it's a great choice since the developer is a reliable one and the quality of interiors wont be that bad.

So Palladium is teh pivot and the rest of Dubai orbits around it?
how else would you explain the static boats and building while the cityscape has changed from the daylight to night shot of the renders above

heheh... on teh more serious side, anyone knows what size boats ill actually be navigating in this "lake"? from measuring in google-earth seems like the largest part of the Marina lake is approx 302 meters. anyone know the dimensions of the JLT lake as its hard for me to guess from this sat shot.

They say it's better to stay in the ugly tower looking out at the stunning ones rather than stay in a stunning one with a view of the ugly ones. :)

^^ Only joking.

Hey Bizzy could you send me contact info for those units you found advertised? I'm in the States so it is hard for me to find any listings save some online sites. I'm very interested in the 2 bedroom! erikvoorhees@gmail.com Thanks a bunch!

If anyone else knows any good agents that could sell me an apartment in The Palladium please contact me.

try better homes at the following link and use the advanced search link - and select apartments - jumeirah lake towers - palladium from the drop down list.
You will find 1, 2 bed at around 1200/sqft and 3 more 3 beds at around 1000/sqft which is a good price for a completed tower.

I reckon handover should be soon (in the next 2/3 months)

So Palladium was handed over in 2007 and then this thread went quiet, what is the ETASTAR build quality like? What are you paying for annual maintanence?

Residents of Palladium moved in last year. The link is the feedback from customer in the developer website: http://www.etastar.com/ETASTAR_CMS/newsLetter/ETA_NL_Jan-March-09.pdf . AED 10 is the FM charges paid by the tenants in Palladium
