Daewon – Thuduc Housing Development, which is owned by Korea’s Daewon and Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (Thuduc House), said Cantavil-Premier would require a total of US$47 million and would be up and running by 2012.

Le Chi Hieu, chief executive officer of Thuduc House, said at the ground breaking ceremony that the target customers of Cantavil-Premier were high-income people in the city.
Daewon – Thuduc Housing Development started the first phase of the project in 2005, which is Cantavil An Phu with 390 apartments built a year later.
