LPN and Sansiri are following Singapore which has launched 30 sq. m. units near the MRT stations, but this is too small. Personally, I think studio should be 40 sq. m. LPN projects are getting better and better. Always full, prices go up, and excellent management. I cannot believe how they can keep such densely populated projects clean and upkeep OK. Everywhere else it would be a slum. They make a lot of effort explaining condo lifestyle.
