Hey, keep in mind the city has only 240.000 people and that this is a residential building. Its far from being the tallest in my city, but I posted it because I REALLY like its design, much more than most residentials I see around in other threads.

Nope... its far from being that really tall all glassy and slim buiilding from Hong Kong. But this city is also much smaller than HK and its 3rd world. (if you only rate by height, I guess the rating will suck)

9/10 I really like this building, especially the vertical emphasis. I like all the concrete elements that emphasize the Vertical aspects of the building. I'd be proud to have that building in my city!
