This is Metro-Manila (Capital of the Philippines) from a plane window. These pics show the extreme vastness, high urban density and surprising greenery of Manila, as well as the amazing skylines it has and its infrastructure; its skyway and other flyovers, Highways, LRT and Train lines, Harbour etc. plus new developements of a new Commercial District at Fort Bonifacio. NEVER SEEN BEFORE pics of one of Asia's most vibrant Capitals :D
BE WARNED: these are big pics..

Wow is all that area in the second to last pic developing area!
If so, what kind of zoning is that reserved for (residential, commercial, industrial)?

yes, it is a developing area, Bonifacio Global City. And it's a multi-purpose development... :)

The BCDA area includes 82 hectares within the Central Business District of the Fort Bonifacio Global City of which, about 29 hectares for the lnstitutional locators, 12 hectares for the multi-modal station, 4.5 hectares for the Taguig Civic Center, 1 hectare for the Government Center for Investment and the rest of the 35 hectares are for mixed-use purposes.

The rest of the 226 hectares include an area reserved for high-end residential villages (101 ha.) and a recreation area (11 ha.). The rest are for commercial purposes.

MAN O MAN ! WHAT AN AMAZING SHOT THAT WAS ! LIKE A BOMBARDIER ' S EYE VIEW FROM HIS NORDEN BOMBSIGHT . MANILA , NOT TO MENTION THE REST OF THE ARCHIPELAGO , IS SIMPLY F I L LE D WITH VOLUMES OF BEAUTIFUL SCENERIES LIKE THESE . ITS AMUSING THAT NO ONE EVER SEES MUCH HOW THIS GREAT COUNTRY LOOKS LIKE FROM THE SKIES . HOWSABOUT SOME ENTERPRISING CREATIVE PERSON DOING A CROSS - ARCHIPELAGO AERIAL PHOTO SHOOT OF THE PHILIPPINES ? SOUNDS INTERESTING ? MAN , ONE WOULD SURELY EXPERIENCE MULTIPLE INTELLECTUAL AND ARTISTIC ORGASMS AS WE GET TO SAVOUR OVERVIEWS OF METRO MANILA , MANILA BAY , LAGUNA DE BAY , THE SIERRA MADRE MOUNTAIN RANGE , CORREGIDOR AND BATAAN , MT . PINATUBO , CLARK AND SUBIC BASES , BAGUIO , THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE MC ARTHUR HIGHWAY , THE WORLD FAMOUS RICE TERRACES , BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP , THE EASTERN LUZON PACIFIC SEABOARD , THE VISAYAN ISLANDS , PALAWAN , BORACAY , CEBU , THE BICOL REGION , TAAL LAKE , THE WHOLE OF MINDANAO ... NEED I GO ON ? CAN YOU IMAGINE THE REVENUE THESE IMAGES WOULD EARN SPECIALLY IF THESE PICTURES WERE PRINTED IN FINE QUALITY BOOKS CONSTANTLY UPDATED AS THE COUNTRY IS SHAPED BY PROGRESS . AND THINK OF THE POSSIBILITY OF CONDUCTING AN AERIAL PHOTO SHOOT ON A TYPICALLY CLEAR MOONLIT SUMMER SKY ? FLUSH ALL YOUR UNPRESCRIBED RECREATIONAL PHARMACEUTICALS DOWN THE TOILET AND GET GENUINELY HIGH ON THESE SUMPTUOUS PHILIPPINE AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS !
