Nsawam is a town in the Eastern Region (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eastern_Region,_Ghana) of Ghana (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghana) approximately 40 km northwest from the capital, Accra (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accra). It is controlled by the Akwapim (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Akwapim&action=edit&redlink=1) Society. It is also known as the city of bread basket because the main occupation of the women is to bake bread and sell the bread the whole day to travellers who travel through Nsawam on the main road from Accra (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accra) to Kumasi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kumasi), and to other destinations. Dora textile group is also situated in Nsawam. It is a private vocational school for young women. They learn sewing, catering and designing of clothing. It is the ancestral hometown of the famous SkyscraperCity user Simfan34.
