This project together with the IT Plaza will provide shopping facilities in an area that so much needs them! Delegates who come to attend conferences at the Julius Nyerere Convention Center wll have somewhere to go for some serious shopping. I am sure once these projects are done, the CBD will be a much loved placed by tourists!

absolutely! tena they will have a choice of uhuru heights mall/viva tower mall/diamond plaza/IT plaza/...all in walking distance to JN convention center.

downtown will be lively again after loosing out to mlimani city for a while.

One place I am really excited are projects from Morocco junction to Mwenge.

This area is starting to have its own construction boom...

Ok wandugu nimewaelewa lakini nilichomaanisha ni sisi kuwa na migahawa yetu yenye hadhi ya juu ili nasisi tuzipeleke nje ya Tz.
