What river crosses Hargeisa?

I'm not sure actually, its probably one of those rivers that form during the raining season. From what I know about this project, is that its a much needed "short cut".

Ah I see. I guess it's one of those that can turn into a flash flood with one good storm.

^ Such projects are happening all over Somalia. From Hargeisa down to Beledweyne and beyond.

Here is another picture. I think it was taken just before they finished it and put the finishing touch such as paint i.e. aesthetics to it.
