The villas range from N$1 550 000 - N$1 650 000. As for the hotels, I don't know.

Love it! Walvis Bay and Swakopmund are growing closer and closer together. Before too long coastal Namibia will become one of the prime beach areas in Southern Africa if it isnt already.

Yep, the plan is to develop most of the coastal cities of Namibia and turn them into prime coastal locations.:cheers:
