Phase I : a 9 storey office building with an area of 6000m² each floor, to be an office building with total area of 50,000m².

Phase II: composed of a 29 prototype office villas grouped in linear clusters Beside the two office/commercial tower built as part of phase one. This phase includes a mosques complex business center. Located in the heart city of Dammam, the challenged of this four-storey office building involved in creating a variation of elevation concepts fused with contemporary style of architecture. Throughout, the design is not only fused with modern architectural elements but also to produce designs that are of innovative yet functional solutions.

Hey i also know this project its working also slow but they reached a very high phase wait i think i have photos in my phone!!

Can the mods please change the titel to

DAMMAM l U/C l BUSINESS GATE l 9F l 50,000m²

Update taken in 2011 in December and of course the work is slow
