i've heard about this once, but it was nothing serious! do you have the exact location? or somebody else?

look average compared to other projects around and i have no news as well

All I can say is that it seams to be a beach side hotel do Dubai Marina, JLT, SZR, Tecom and Downtown are out of question as possiblew location.

Maybe at Rio De Jumeirah ... LOL

So this will be the 3rd hotel/resort owned by Emirates.
1st is AL Maha deseret resort
2nd is Le meridian Al Aqah in Fujairah
3rd Emirates hotel "Wt eva it'll be called "

ow yeah by the way in brisbane Emirates Airlines used to own a whole floor for there offices but a few weeks ago it turned that they've bought the whole Building !! and called it Emirates-House !!!!

not sure if you know, but emirates has rent the whole 21st century tower for their flight attendants, staff,...! :)

no reply from carlos ott so far. i have my doubts with these!

btw: moved it back to normal forum as it's very unlikely! will remove it to tower development when confirmed! ;)
