The NO PARKING roadsign and the Seafood restaurant make me think to Boston, but I'm sure somebody could give a hint...
I tried to shrink the image, without luck.

It's the corner of W. 4th St. and S. Tyron St. in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The McCormick & Schmick's restaurant locator made this pretty easy. :)

Yes it could definitely be a good "guess the city" thread lol.
That street corner and that NO PARKING sign I didn't see in other cities before made me think to Boston city hall/faneuil hall area, but I was sure to be wrong and I hadn't nothing but SSC forum to prove it :)
