1) First you need to upload the images to a photosite on internett. (try www.photobucket.com)

2) When you have uploaded the images on your account there you copy the adress of the image.

3) When you have copyed the adress you can use "insert image" botton on the message on the topp, just under the [color] botton. Press it and than a pop-up shows where you can write the adress to the image. Press enter, and you see your image adress with come IMG codes around.
