I really like this project and I hope they build it too. I think Bahir Dar being a waterfront town is a perfect place for skyscrapers of this size.
How did you get the infor about the project's location?

I don't think building such a concrete monster close to the lake is a good idea. Bank of the lake should be reserved as open space /green area (with a good road around the lake so that people can appreciate nature while driving or walking).
