its not like a VISA visa , its more like a tempo permit to enter and if you wanna live there you need a kurd to vouch for you , if your clean then you wont have a problem plus it has keep the region out of terrorists so far !!! so why not .

ok simple you need to know a kurd living in KRG outside of KRG any kurds vouch is void . dont you know anyone that lives there ? i mean like any Arabs ? if you do ask them who vouched for them and see if they will help you , im pretty sure it shouldnt be too much of a problem specially once the security forces know your clean.

If you are interested in living there you need to get a vouch from a citizen that lives, to visit you just go and pay I believe.

yeah i do know one person their, his my freind he plays in duhok club.. but he is arab not kurd.. can he still get me in?

he cant himself but im sure he can find someone to vouch for ya , but are you visiting or staying ? staying you need this but visiting you just pay the visa fee which is like $80 for 3 months i believe cant remember i was there last feb 10.

its not aimed for political reasons its to keep and distinguish between good people and terrorists , its working so far !. dont forget we are still part of iraq and in the gov buildings Kurdish and iraqi flag has to be standing next to each other and we still using the same money ? weather separated or together we will always be brothers. and if Arab iraq was safe im sure KRG wont be using this sytem.
