This is one building I hope the city rejects as well as the OMB. That heritage building they want to drop it on top of is in fine condition in one of our most intact heritage neighbourhoods. There are plenty of lots in the area they can build on still without having to facade this structure.

i agree, i hope this doesn't happen. It is simultaneously hideous and boring. No small feat.

"Construction starting this fall", according the their Condo Guide ad.

Has anyone seen a price list? It doesnt look that bad, low to mid 300's for a 1B+D ..... decent location near the downtown core. The floor plans aren't that bad either. I agree there is something to be desired aesthetically.
