Hi! I'm completely desperate....

I had got my copy of Sim City 4 + Rush Hour at the regular shops, yet when I tried to register on the official website, both codes failed!!! The message that appeared on the screen said those codes were already resgisted... Weird!!! I guess someone used my box codes and now I can't get inside the official site of Sim City 4... :( I tried to explain this to Maxis, but I hadn't got any answer... :(

I would really like to get in, beacause it's the only way I can download the LOT EDITOR (BAT) such as the other buildings... :s

I'm here to ask for Help: if someone have already this program (BAT) please send me through my email (guidabarros@clix.pt) or if its too big, we could work it out by msn messenger, but pleae say me something 1st! ;)

this happened with me when I bought the Sims, but maxis doesn't make a thing, they said the responsable was the store where I bought so I went there and they solved my problem.

my suggestion is that you should go and talk with the store that sold you the game.
