Their website says, "We have finalised 8 five star projects in the cities of Indore, Jodhpur, Chandigarh, Goa, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Kochi. Kochi has two projects (airport & beach).

Might be the planned Airport 5 star hotel is a JV between CIAL and Parsvnath. Anyways, how come, all of the sudden, Kochi's projects whizzed out of bottle. I feel, even if 10% of these projects come in reality, Kochi will be overflowing with various investments.

One happy news is that, recently Parsvnath seek for withdrawal of permits it recevied for In-Principle Approved SEZ in most of the parts of the country, except Kochi. The decision for cancellation of permits will be taken by BOA-SEZ by next BOA meeting on July 22nd 2011, however it didn't seek withdrawal of Kochi SEZ permit.

So that means Kochi is still in their active cards
