I started my tour of the Bund at its southern point, Xinkaihe, where a new bus station was recently built.

NCT February 18th, 2011, 11:31 PM Yan'an Road East - the then southern boundary of the British concession, hence marks the start of the Bund proper.

I hope Shanghai is not going to look like any other city . I hope Shanghai is just Shanghai. It can become a very special diverse city,combining eastern and western cultural elements in its own way.
