Does the buildikng span all the way from St113 to 115, if so, it is probably refer to this yellowpages listing

If so, it is probably call Victoria Apartment, but not much point if it is not display anywhere on the building.

I think you are right. From my memories the boss told me this was their second apartment built in that area, so either one of these are correct - ''Victoria apartment'' or ''Victoria Apartment II''
