while this is only a medium rise building, it is for sure to add value and density to the CBP area as expected judging from the design of its Creativo I which was being leased to Lexmark for 50 years.

I hope this building will get another major entity to lease it out similar to the Lexmark 3.

I think this project is being build for Lexmark. I have a friend in admin and he told me that Lexmark is planning to rent again some spaces in Keppel because they already ran out of space. This could be Lexmark plaza 4 in the making!

^^I have no idea about this one. I think all 3 bldgs are well occuppied so renting in Keppel is possible. How about @RamCam, heard similar chismis?

Maybe this is after all the Lexmark 4... the Lexmark contact center and shared services might still occupy the whole building...... ( this is only a speculation)..:D

eventually there will be tenants leasing..

^^ i think majority of the I.T. buildings in the city, before they build them, there are already guaranteed locators :okay: it may not be 100% fully rented out but at least more than 50% to secure their investment and not ending up losing money

Daghan new companies karon na nag operate in Cebu starting initially from 100-500 employees for the first year of its operations but looking forward on hiring up to 3,000 in the next few years, like Talleco and Tieto Corp... There are also some new Japanese and Korean ESL, animation and soft dev firms coming in... There are also Americans and European firms who are soon to operate like the Knowles Electronics. We also expect more call centers to expand here in Cebu such as the Alorica, Teletech, IBM, Dell etc..

For sure Cebu will be needing more office spaces to accommodate these expansions.. :)
