these are the "standard pattern" government built low cost apartments built all over Iraq. I am surprised to see them in KRG. Does that mean that Iraq's construction ministry is working in KRG too?

The price per m2 seems to be $390
average price of an apartment: $50.5k

Seems rather pricey! was hoping for the $35k range for these low cost apartments (but I guess material and labour price inflation precludes this possibility now).

I like them, don't think the colour scheme is bad at all..

is it done or U/C ??.. it looks like its complete to me :dunno:
