Sendai City

Sendai prospered as an eminent castle-town for 260 years, from the fifth year of the Keicho Emperor (1600) when Masamune Date took up residence in Sendai castle, until the Meiji Restoration.
The population reached 1,000,000 in May 1999, the Tohoku region's core city. :)

Sendi is a pretty big place.I wonder which city is bigger? Sapporo or Sendi?

The city is very green. It has trees everywhere. :)
