In my opinion, the layout sucks. All studios somemore.

Even though it is 500 sq ft, I think the actual size should be like sporttiswoode 18 but you pay for 500 sq ft instead of 300+. The planter is surrounding the unit and personally, this is disaster. But if Oxley can come up with 380 sq ft 2 bedders, I am not surprised. Talk about ethics...
