Wu-Gambino September 12th, 2004, 11:29 PM I'll give it a 7, it's perfect for a city's tallest building. The base isn't too great, and I don't like the elevator shaft, but other than that it's nice.

james2390 September 14th, 2004, 05:15 AM Yeah, that would have been nice. On the 25th floor is the Summit Club, and "exclusive" upscale restaurant. Holiday Inn also has many floors in the tower. Chase Bank plans to open offices in the tower next year.
