Yes, a residential.....I think this is the highesst it can go, amy be a little bit higher but not much due to the new height restriction law around the park...(I guess)

Hmm, same Soi with Thanapat Condominium...go to the end and then turn right just as the road goes (and u will see it on your right handside opporsite another 9 Storey U/C condominium), and the road will go trough Emporium Suit's entrance and out to the main Sukhumvit Road.

Esta localización de project's es awsome, él consiguió una vista completa del parque, precio que comienza en el baht 90000 por el metro cuadrado.

very expensive la. 90,000 baht per sq.m compare to siri residence 24 and tanapat 24.

Those are lovely shots, Chad. We can see broad view toward soi 24 from the park,really nice.

Hmmm... must admit I don't like it at all, but it's probably a great place to live in :)
